"Hoosiers is not only the best basketball movie ever. It is the best sports movie ever made."Jackson tried to assure Lydia but she shook her head, "No." She told him which caused him to groan,

"It's got Gene Hackman and Dennis Hopper." Jackson persuaded,

"No." She said again, Jackson could not be more annoyed,

"I swear you are gonna like it." Jackson tried again,

"No." She said once more eyeing him, "I am not watching The Notebook again." Jackson huffed.

"Can someone help me find The Notebook?" Jackson huffed, looking around the store, No one seemed to be around the video store, "Hello?" Jackson walked around, "Anybody here?" He asked, looking down every aisle as the lights flickered, "You have got to be kidding me." Jackson rolled his eyes, Jackson backed up as he saw a guy lying dead on the ground, he looked behind and saw something that looked like a mountain lion, he then heard Lydia scream, so he ran out and called 911.

"Mm, Did they forget the curly fries?" Sheriff asked as Stiles rolled his eyes,

"You're not supposed to have curly fries." Stiles reminded him, Was his dad this forgetful about something that had become their routine for years?

"I have a gun, If I want me some curly fires I will get curly fries." His dad smirked,

"Saying you have a gun does nothing to me," Stiles smirked back, Even though they were having a disagreement about Derek, they still could talk like this,

"Unit one, Do you copy?" Stiles heard the operator say, "Unit one, copy." His dad answered, "We have a possible 187." It informed him, "A murder?" Stiles looked confused.

"You stay here." His dad told him, getting out of the vehicle, But when did Stiles listen? Stiles sighed and got out of his dad's cop car and looked around, He saw that the window of the store had been smashed, and he saw Jackson talking with his dad and asking to go home, Stiles knew the proper procedure was to question Jackson. Stiles looked over to the ambulance and saw that Lydia was getting looked at, he was going to go see if she was okay when he saw two guys come out with a dead body, normally Stiles would announce it but he decided not to, he walked over to the body and saw claw marks, it was definitely the alpha, Stiles shook his head and walked over to Jackson.

"I thought I told you to stay in the car?" his dad eyed him, Stiles ignored him and walked to Jackson,

"What did you see?" Stiles asked him, He knew this had to be connected to the alpha in some way,

"It looked like a mountain lion but I only saw the back of it, Lydia would know more than me." He answered, Stiles nodded and looked over to Lydia who was getting in her car, His dad motioned to Jackson that he could go and he did, "Get back in the car." His dad ordered, Stiles nodded and did as he was told.

"Okay, so the alpha has been attacking random people, first the bus driver and now the video store guy, what could that mean?" Stiles asked Derek,

"He may be bored and picking random people," Derek told him, Stiles nodded, the alpha never failed to annoy him,

"He sure is taking his time, he probably has a plan, but what?" Stiles shook his head, Why couldn't the alpha just reveal himself instead of making him wait?

"We'll find out eventually," Derek answered,

"He sure isn't playing by the rules," Stiles said, Derek nodded.

"It's Allison's birthday, I'm skipping, get my work for me?" Scott asked, Stiles nodded, "Tell her I said Happy Birthday." Stiles told him and Scott nodded.

"Just a friendly reminder - Parent/teacher conferences are tonight. Students below a "C" average are required to attend. I won't name you, because the shame and self-disgust should be more than enough punishment. Has anyone seen Scott McCall?" Mr Harris looked to Stiles who was highlighting,

"No, I did not since last night, sir." Stiles answered, Mr Harris nodded and went over to Jackson and told him if he needed to go for any reason he could, "Everyone, start reading chapter nine, and Stilinski? Don't highlight the whole book." Mr Harris told them, Stiles nodded and turned to Danny.

"Hey, Do you think Lydia is okay?" Stiles asked,

"I believe so, I think she was just frightened on what she saw." Danny answered,

"Okay thanks, also this may be a weird question, but how did you know you were gay?" Stiles asked him, Danny turned and smirked,

"Once I realized girls didn't excite me and male's did." Danny answered, Stiles nodded, "Why the sudden interest?" Danny asked,

"Just curious." Stiles told him, Danny nodded and they both got back to work.

"Stiles?" Derek came up to him by his locker,

"yeah?" Stiles answered,

"I need to see if Jackson saw anything, come with me?" Derek asked, Stiles grinned and nodded, as they both walked down the hall, Stiles saw Danny smirk his way as they passed, Stiles shrugged and kept wallking before Derek looked over and questioned.

"Hey Jackson, this is Derek Hale." Stiles greeted,

"That's the guy who was looking for you, you okay now?" Jackson asked him,

"Yeah, I have a question." Derek told him, Jackson nodded,

"What did you see last night?" Derek asked, "I know you said Mountain lion, Stiles told me, but are you sure?" Derek asked,

"I mean I think so, maybe Lydia knows more? She's home at the moment." Jackson answered, Derek nodded his thanks and Stiles waved as they exited the locker room.

"We should go to Lydia's" Stiles suggested, Derek nodded as he suggested that they could take his camaro, "Really? I get to be in your most prized possession?" Stiles put his hand to his heart and got in laughing a little.
