Chapter 15... From Light to Dark

Dome: "Then I did a backflip, snap the bad guys neck, and saved the day!"

Y/N: "Cool..."

While you were trying to relax, Dome has been keeping you well entertained with his made up stories.

He told you a story about the time he was trapped on a island with some guy wearing a skull mask. Not the greatest story ever, but at least you didn't just sit in silence.

You still weren't sure how you felt about this situation. You knew you didn't have any other better options, but you also didn't want to do this.

You notice that the rain outside seemed to calm down.

Dome: "Now my next story is abou-"

Y/N: "Shut up, I think the storm calmed down a bit."

Dome: "Oh... Okay then."

You stand up from your seat and start walking towards the staircase that goes up and back to the city.

Once you get outside, you look around and see that the rain has calmed down, and soon the sun will shine across the city once the clouds move out the way.

Dome: "Finally... That took forever."

Y/N: "Yeah, but what are we going to do now?"

Dome: "We should head to the landing dock. I can drive us there... but I don't have a ride."

Y/N: "So we're gonna have to walk?"

Dome: "Unfortunately, yes... but we can stop by a car rent place."

You just let out a sigh, and he said something about a car rent. At least time you were in the more beautiful neon city. With all of the massive TV screens, holograms, and occasionally a few drones flying around to deliver a package.

Dome: "Look on the bright side though! We might see the Airship fly over the city soon!"

Y/N: "Now that would be cool."

You did want to see this massive airship. You can't help but wonder what it looks like, and how big it is.

Dome: "Alrighty then, just follow me. There's a place that we can rent a car at. Then we can just simply drive."

Y/N: "Okay.. But maybe we should get something to eat first.'

You were getting hungry. You haven't had anything other than one little piece of bread this morning. You wanted something for lunch.

Dome: "Yeah, I'm craving something right about now. We have plenty of time to spare anyway, the airship doesn't take it's first lift off until later tonight."

You both start walking down the somewhat busy side walk to find a place to eat at. A part of you was excited to finally see this airship. You even saw a few holograms around that announced that the New skies airship would make it's first lift off tonight.

You guess the storm didn't delay it as much as you thought. The ship would fly over the city for everyone to see.

This was obviously a pretty big moment for the city since it has been years since they first started trying to build it.

Dome: "Ooh! How about there! I heard they have some good options."

Dome exactly tapped on your shoulder over and over again like a little kid asking for a new toy. He pointed at a restaurant that looked pretty expensive, but also good.

It could be good if you can just make Dome pay since you can't.. but you remembered something.

You remember when visor was eating, she had to open the visor in order to eat.. you can't do that. So this can cause a issue for you.
