This chapter was so hard and tiring to write, But I finally did it. I'm sorry it took so incredibly long for a new update, but it is finally here. I took a little bit of a risk with it because I tried something new, so we'll see how it pays off.
By the way... This chapter is about 17,000 words long.
Please enjoy!

You walked down the dark path that only had a slight shade of red thanks to the FoxyNews sign that hung far above you and in the distance on the massive disk shaped News studio.
Dome was more quiet than usual. I'm fact, everyone was walking silently. Only the sound of your footsteps hitting the small puddles on the ground could be heard as you walk pass a few of the black buildings, square shaped holes in the ground, and very rarely you saw a few people with construction jackets on just sitting around eating what looked to be their lunch.
Other than that... The walk was very quiet and awkward. It didn't feel right. You have never seen Dome be this quite before, and it felt wrong. Like something was missing. You had this strange feeling of upcoming dread as you walked. You didn't feel safe anymore, and you didn't feel confident in this mission. All because of the fact that Dome wasn't talking anymore.
He wasn't walking as fast as he was before, but he wasn't walking super slow either. He just walked at a normal pace with his visor slightly pointed downward, but he still stared forwards. Brushing pass a few large metal boxes in his way and whatever else was just laying around here.
Everytime you walked pass one of the square holes in the ground, you heard a humming sound as orange light shines out of it. This floor was near the very top, and it was supposedly made to lower the entire SeaRise harbor.
You wanted to say something so bad, but that also didn't feel right either. Like talking would be a bad option right now even though it's what you wanted. Just to hear everyone talking to each other, and especially Dome back to being the star of the show.
You didn't speak though. You had nothing to say, but so much to think. Fortunately... You wouldn't have to be the first one to say something.
Amber: "Dome? You okay buddy?"
Dome continued walking for a bit. It took a few seconds for him to say anything.
Dome: "Yes."
It sounded so wrong to hear him speak in such a deep and cold voice. This wasn't the Dome you knew... What happened to him?
Y/N: "You can talk about it if you want.."
You say to him hoping that you'll hear just a few more words from him, but not until you realize your mistake.
Y/N: "O-Or don't. You don't have to if you don't wanna."
You correct yourself. Not wanting to put unnecessary pressure on him. Not while he was... Well..... Like this.
Dome glances over to you for a minute.
Dome: "It'll be okay Y/N."
He stares at you for a extra few milliseconds... Before turning back to stare straight ahead.
The way he said that felt like he didn't want you to worry about him. Like he wouldn't want you being upset because he was. It felt like maybe a part of him was still in there, he just needed a few seconds to himself.
However... Those few seconds were hard to get considering that you didn't want to waste too much time. Getting caught now would ruin everything. All of this could be for nothing of you do anything stupid or simply just wait too long. You needed to get all of your evidence against F.U.R out as soon as possible before F.U.R catches up with you.
