You were now standing near the edge of the SeaRise harbor. Dome took you to a small elevator that lifted you up to the main part of the harbor. Where all of the stores, apartments, and people are. There was a small railing and net to stop you from falling over the little balcony sidewalk that was hanging off the sude of the harbor.
It was basically the same as a sidewalk, but you had the entire ocean the look at. Some of the stores at tight alleyways that just lead deeper into the mini city. With more stores that all had some sort of neon glowing sign outside to try to get your attention.
The whole place did have a gloomy atmosphere, but the clouds blocking the sky and the rain slowing getting harder and harder as time passes was probably the main reason for that.
It was relatively quiet too. You heard the footsteps of a few people walking pass, but that was it.
But what you were seeing right now wasn't even what the SeaRise harbor has to offer. You looked up at the giant structure that you were now standing on, and it had multiple levels. All of which looked pretty similar to what you were standing at right now, but it was higher up. And had more catwalks and balconies to walk on. As well as even more stores and apartments with countless windows that looked out into the stormy waves.
It was hard to tell how many levels this place really had though. You could barley even see where the news studio was... Which apparently that was at the very top of this whole thing.

You took one last glance at the whole thing entirety, just as a reminder of how big this place was. From where you were standing, you had a pretty good view of what the outside of the SeaRise harbor looked like. But like you saw earlier... There's tight alleyways that lead deeper into it. This was just the outside of the whole thing.
Y/N: "Jesus Christ..."
That was about all you could say to the scale of this whole place that was just built in the middle of the ocean. It was a little foggy, but you could actually see the city from here... But only the silhouette of the city, and a few small lights coming from it that just looked like random colorful lights in the vast ocean.
Dome: "I've heard you say that same thing so many times now... And I still don't get it. I've kinda just been going along with it."
Y/N: "Wha-"
Sapphire: "Can we just go sit down somewhere before we do anything crazy?"
Amber: "Yeah... Admittedly that boat ride kinda gave me a headache."
Immediately brushing pass whatever Dome said, you should probably find somewhere to give Sapphire a minute to rest before you start wondering around aimlessly.
Dome: "Okay fine. Guess we can sit for a minute."
Dome looks around, searching for a good spot to rest... And maybe get out of the rain too.
