It was late at night as the wind roared ferociously throughout the New Zoo. It was a particularly unpleasant evening as everyone was comfortably inside their homes.
Well...almost everyone.
Within the rather empty Petting Zoo, a little girl had managed to get herself in the New Zoo. Her name was Clara and she had run away from a nearby orphanage and was now trying to find shelter from the harsh winds. Her only true desire was to have a family.
Her small stature had allowed her to fit through the bars of the front gates. Clara looked around, trying to find a place to get out of the cold.
"Now...where should I go?" mumbled Clara as she looked into the distance. She spotted a large red barn. It gave the impression it was rather cosy inside as Clara began to feel warm just by the thought of being indoors.
Clara moved from her position, still feeling the winds batter her delicate body as she began to move faster. She had soon arrived at the barn and tried to push open the door. Try as she might, the large doors wouldn't budge as she looked upwards, her expression changing to annoyance.
"Locked" she grumbled, continuing to look around, trying to find any kind of shelter for the time being. Eventually, she saw a few wooden shelters in the distance. Throwing caution into the wind, she ran as fast as her little legs would take her.
She noticed a fence obstructing her as she soon crawled through as she arrived at one of the wooden shelters.
Unknown to Clara, she had gone into the sheep pen. She would learn soon that it was a blessing in disguise.
For now, however, the shelter was doing a decent job in protecting the small girl.
"Nice that I have shelter," thought Clara as she felt warm inside. She smiled as she welcomed the newfound warmth, not realising that the changes were beginning as her fatigue finally caught up to her.
As Clara closed her eyes and fell asleep, the warmth only began to increase. This just caused the girl to feel more comfortable as the warmth began to surround her entire being.
Soon enough, where there was a girl was now a small little lamb. Clara continued to snooze gently within the shelter, her new wool keeping her within a comfortable sleep.
A Few Hours Later:
Charlotte wandered under the stone archways of the New Zoo, the earlier winds having ceased but only an hour before.
She had arrived to do an inventory check, especially due to all the new additions they had acquired over the past few weeks.
"Ok, I guess I'll start with the Petting Zoo," thought Charlotte, staring at her checklist. "After all, there is only the flock of geese within it. Should be rather easy," she mumbled, feeling slightly aggravated at the lack of the area.
"I hope we can start adding to that section. Rebecca knows it's my preference and passion project" moaned Charlotte as she walked down the Main Hallway.
Suddenly, she winced as she felt a throbbing come from her face, particularly her eye. Her glasses bobbed down her face slightly as she turned, causing her to lift her hand to correct them. It was times like this she was glad that her glasses covered up her eyes. Of particular note was the black eye currently on her face brought on by the previous night.
Charlotte remembered back to last night before when Rebecca and Elizabeth were arguing. Elizabeth was yelling at her once again over the hypocrisy between Jason and Casey.
Rebecca had scoffed, not even trying to defend herself. Elizabeth was beginning to sound like a broken record as Rebecca told her as such.
This caused Elizabeth to get angrier at her as she continued screaming at her. Charlotte tried to calm her down, fearing what Rebecca could do to them. Elizabeth had shouted once more at Charlotte about the blatant favouritism. Charlotte's attempts to console her friend, saying how it made her feel uncomfortable, fell on deaf ears.
That was when Elizabeth lashed out and tried to hit Rebecca across the face. Rebecca used her magic, pulling Charlotte in the firing line as Elizabeth wound up hitting Charlotte directly in the eye. She could still remember Elizabeth's expression immediately becoming apologetic before they both felt a sudden feeling.
Suddenly, they were both restrained to the wall as they noticed a glowing green aura from Rebecca's hands which morphed into red. Charlotte could still clearly remember Rebecca's words
"Consider this your first warning for the pair of you. Next time, I won't be so merciful and you'll be joining the Zoo like the others. Understood?!" exclaimed Rebecca firmly as the pair only managed a weak nod as Rebecca let the pair drop down.
Elizabeth and Charlotte stared at each other for a moment. Elizabeth's guilt began to broaden within her. Before Charlotte could reassure her, Elizabeth headed to her room to sulk. Rebecca refused to acknowledge the pair as she sat down on the nearby sofa.
After Elizabeth had left, Charlotte got an ice pack for her eye before heading to bed, the incident draining her of her energy.
"I know it was an accident" mused Charlotte as she could only hope Elizabeth knew the same. "I hope she knows I'm still her best friend" finished Charlotte as she arrived at the Petting Zoo. She noticed the poles had been put up as she smiled momentarily.
"I can't wait until the new sign comes in" exclaimed Charlotte joyously, feeling genuine excitement as she walked through into the Petting Zoo, her earlier sadness forgotten for the time being.
She headed towards the coop, noticing the geese that were within as she looked at her checklist.
"Ok that should be..." started Charlotte as she heard a sudden noise.
"Baaah!" bleated the newfound lamb as Charlotte looked around. To her surprise, she noticed that there had been a new addition to the sheep pen. Charlotte walked toward the Sheep Pen and saw the newfound lamb. It seemed partly confused as Charlotte entered.
"Oh...hello little one," said Charlotte softly as she bent down to look the lamb directly in the eyes. The lamb bleated softly as Charlotte stroked its soft wool assuringly. It appeared to like the affection as it nuzzled into Charlotte. It even licked her a few times as Charlotte giggled slightly at the contact. The pair enjoyed the embrace as Clara was loving the affection.
However, the session was interrupted as Charlotte's watch beeped. She looked down at it as her eyes widening, noticing the time.
"Sorry little one," said Charlotte as she stood up. The lamb bleated softly, trying to get her to stay. "I have a few things to tie up but don't worry, I'll be back," said Charlotte as she exited the sheep pen, heading back towards the Main Hallway.
Clara watched her leave. The feeling of loneliness began to settle in as Clara felt a familiar desire returning.
Her desire to have a family.
However, Clara could only reflect for a moment. Her new instincts brought to her attention the presence of the lush, green grass beneath her hooves. She bent her head down as she began to graze, hoping she would not be alone for long.
Later That Morning:
George and Klaire wandered through the stone archways of the New Zoo. They had brought their older daughter Angelica with them who was equally concerned for her brother as they looked around, feeling too uneasy to find any enjoyment in the Zoo.
George was wearing a light blue shirt and was wearing brown trousers. His light brown hair was cut short and was thin across his head. His glasses placed on his eyes shone slightly in the sunlight as he walked alongside his wife.
Klaire was wearing a pink skirt that hung down to her knees. She was also wearing a white woolly jumper under a dark blue leather jacket. Her light brown hair was glistening from being washed that morning as her brown eyes looked around with curiosity like her husband.
Angelica had come, wearing a black dress that glittered in the sunshine. She wore a short white knitted cardigan over it. Her white hair, which had been freshly dyed hung low, going down her back in a long curl as she walked alongside her parents.
Angelica walked in, phone in hand, texting her friend Anna from school. Anna was equally concerned for Angelica's brother, warning Angelica to stay safe. Her brown eyes looked around in confusion, wondering how her brother could have possibly disappeared.
George and Klaire's child, Brian had recently come on a school trip and had disappeared. The pair had also noted that parents they knew via their children had likewise disappeared. They were a tight-knit community with the other parents and were equally concerned for their wellbeing.
They had noted that they all seemed to disappear upon coming to the Zoo. Therefore, they had decided to investigate, seeing if they could find any clues as to why.
"It was a pain to get the time off, wasn't it?" said George as he looked at his wife, her expression indicating deep frustration as she remembered.
"Yes" started Klaire firmly as she thought back to her boss. "Greta is definitely a handful. I feel sorry for her daughter." Klaire breathed in and out to calm herself down, fearing another rant about her boss.
The group walked down the Main Hallway, looking around at all the enclosures. They were starting to fill up as the pair observed many different species. They saw Gorillas, Panthers, Zebras and even a Peacock.
The group noticed someone in the distance approaching them as they figured this was the manager who had contacted them regarding their son's whereabouts. She was of medium height, being slightly shorter than Klaire and having red hair which appeared to be slightly unkempt, as if from stress.
"Hello" started Charlotte, offering her hand which George & Klaire accepted. "My name is Charlotte and I'll be your guide today."
"Hello, I'm George and this is my wife Klaire" stated George as he introduced him and his wife to Charlotte who nodded in understanding.
"I'm Angelica" informed Angelica as she waved to the group, trying to get their attention for a quick moment. She noticed the group nodding to her as she remembered her involvement in the plan they had made together.
"So...do you have a lead on the whereabouts of my brother?" asked Angelica as Charlotte nodded. The group felt slightly reassured despite remaining sceptical of Charlotte.
"Can we discuss this in more detail please?" said Klaire as she looked at Charlotte.
"Of course. I'm currently doing an inventory check so it would be greatly appreciated if we can talk while I continue" stated Charlotte.
Klaire and George nodded at this idea. "This is great, it'll allow us to investigate without causing suspicion," they thought as they recalled their daughter Angelica and her part in the plan.
"Would it be ok if Angelica could look around while we talk?" they asked as Charlotte looked at Angelica for a moment before nodding. Angelica smiled as she left, planning to put her part of the plan into action.
After Angelica left, she saw a sign directing her towards the Aquarium, pondering for a moment before deciding to have a look, curiosity overtaking her priorities as she was curious of what might be hiding within.
Unknown to the group, Charlotte had seen through their little plan and had put her own into action. She smiled softly, knowing her plan would soon come to fruition.
For the time being, however, Charlotte escorted George and Klaire around the Main Hallway. They occasionally stopped between various enclosures as Charlotte made notes in her checklist as the pair also looked within, feigning interest as they tried to find anything suspicious.
"Me and my colleagues have been investigating the Zoo" started Charlotte, catching the attention of the pair as she continued "We are working on narrowing down where the children, including your son, might be."
The pair nodded, feeling concerned for their son and the other children.
"I need to check the developing Petting Zoo now," said Charlotte, smiling slightly as George and Klaire began to doubt whether Charlotte had ill intentions. In reality, Charlotte was only smiling because she would finally be able to expand on her passion project.
"Can we come to look?" asked Klaire hopefully. "Everyone can always benefit from a few more pairs of eyes" she added, indicating to herself and her husband.
"Of course, follow me" replied Charlotte as she turned away, heading in the direction of the Petting Zoo as she noticed George and Klaire following her.
"This is going to be even easier than I thought," thought Charlotte as she felt a smug smile come across her face. The parents hardly noticed this as they followed Charlotte deeper into the Zoo.
The group entered the Outside Section as they walked towards the Petting Zoo. Charlotte took the scenic route as George and Claire noticed the other animals. They saw a pair of camels who were currently drinking from the oasis within their enclosure. They also saw some bears who were too busy eating to notice the newcomers.
George and Klaire eyed the animals as they continued to walk around and failed to notice anything suspicious. Even as they looked at the animals who were the parents of the missing children, they still failed to find any meaningful connections.
"It seems as if the Zoo is innocent after all," thought Klaire, the disappearance of the children increasingly appearing to be a horrible accident rather than anything actively malicious by the Zoo itself.
Eventually, the group arrived at the Petting Zoo. The pair noticed a few poles at the entrance as they looked in confusion at Charlotte.
Charlotte appeared confused for a moment as she looked at where they were staring. "Oh, that...we're getting a more extravagant sign soon for the Petting Zoo" she informed as the pair nodded in understanding. They noticed Charlotte's expression remained confused as she appeared to be trying to find something.
"Oh, it appears I've forgotten something. Feel free to look around while I go to the Office and get it" said Charlotte reassuringly as George and Klaire nodded.
Charlotte began to walk away as the pair shrugged their shoulders and decided to go into the Petting Zoo. Unknown to them, Charlotte was instead heading to the Security Room so she could keep an eye on the family.
"It seems rather bare, doesn't it?" asked Klaire, content that Charlotte was gone as she looked around.
"She did say it was still in development" responded George as he looked into a nearby coop, noticing the single flock of geese as the pair continued to look around.
"I think we should split up," said Klaire as she looked at George. "It would allow us to take advantage that we are alone and investigate a greater area of the Petting Zoo."
George thought for a moment, considering the risk. However, he soon relented as he sighed "Sure, go ahead honey."
The pair soon split up, going in opposite directions as they looked around.
Klaire looked around, still noticing that a lot of the Petting Zoo was empty. She saw a large red barn in the distance as her head tilted in curiosity. She began to walk towards it, wondering what could be inside.
Within the Sheep Pen, Clara saw the newcomer and felt the feeling return. She felt the desire to have a family return to her once more, unaware that her new instincts were reinforcing this, causing her to take action.
"Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" bleated out Clara, confused for a moment as it seemed she was not in control of her body. However, she 'smiled' as she noticed Klaire turned to face her.
"Awwwwww" awed Klaire as she turned away from the barn and headed towards the sheep pen. She noticed the sole occupant within as she proceeded to look around, eyeing with curiosity.
The pen was covered in fresh green grass. Klaire saw a trough in the corner containing both water and sheep feed. Several wooden shelters within would allow the sheep to get some privacy from guests and protection from the weather.
"Where's your mother little lamb?" asked Klaire jokily, not expecting a response but was momentarily surprised as the lamb bleated forlornly, as it understood her.
Unknown to the pair, Klaire began to feel an unusual sensation coming over her as the Zoo's magic began to affect her. She watched the lamb with intrigue, feeling a maternal attachment developing for reasons she didn't understand.
Klaire couldn't help herself as she entered the sheep enclosure, unaware of what was about to happen. Unknown to her, Clara had a much better idea of what was happening as her little lamb tail began to wriggle in excitement.
Klaire looked around, observing the setup. She looked around confused, feeling warmer. Something was developing underneath her jumper, causing her to feel uncomfortable.
"What is this feeling?" thought Klaire as she removed her leather jacket, letting it fall to the floor as she began to feel incredibly itchy. Clara cavorted around Klaire, confusing her for a moment as the maternal connection returned. She bent down, opening her arms. She offered Clara a hug which she accepted graciously.
The itchy sensation continued to increase as Klaire cuddled the little lamb within her arms. Something within Clara recognised what was happening. She felt overjoyed that her new mummy would soon be here.
Clara looked up, noticing Klaire's ears were beginning to grow longer, becoming fuzzy as they began to enlarge. They twitched and flickered mindlessly as white fur covered them.
"Baaaa!" bleated Clara in excitement as she began to lick Klaire affectionately. Klaire giggled, the licking tickled her as she became lost in the moment. However, she was soon snapped back to reality as she felt a shifting in her nose, her nostrils broadened, becoming slits as her sense of smell increased considerably. The grass beneath her was beginning to smell more and more delicious.
"Wait...Grass!" panicked Klaire as she tried to get up. Clara began to bleat questionably, wondering why her 'mother' seemed distressed. Klaire couldn't help but stroke Clara's wool affectionately, her maternal instinct kicking in as she stroked. Her hands began to thicken up as she did so, her fingers merging and hardening, becoming sheep hooves.
Despite Klaire recognising what was happening to her hands, she found herself unable to leave as she continued to stroke Clara affectionately. Clara loved the attention her 'mother' was giving her as her instincts told her that she needed to feed. She tried to nip towards Klaire's breasts, her instincts telling her that milk would be within.
"No!, stop that!" demanded Klaire, noticing Clara recoil at the shout. To Klaire's surprise, she could feel her chest getting heavier in response to Clara's attempt to get to her breasts.
"Am I lactating?!" thought Klaire as she looked to Clara watching her 'mother' with concern. Klaire began to feel an immediate sense of guilt as she cursed herself, her maternal instinct emerging once again.
"Sorry...sorry little one," said Klaire calmly. Klaire's developing instincts caused her, against her common sense, to remove her jumper. She noticed wet patches from her shirt confirming, that somehow she was lactating.
"Is...is that wool?" wondered Klaire, still in shock from what was happening as her developing instincts forced her to comply. The shirt needed to come off. She needed to feed her young.
She quickly removed her shirt, noticing the thick wool which had developed underneath. She barely had time to react as Clara bleated happily before beginning to suckle at Klaire's nipple.
Klaire affectionately stroked Clara as her maternal instincts broadened, causing her to see Clara as her 'daughter'...her lamb.
As Clara continued to drink, Klaire felt the changes continue to affect her lower body. She could feel her feet begin to shift and change. Her toes merged and thickened, white wool growing from them as she soon had a pair of fuzzy sheep hooves to match her hands. Her new hooves made swift work of her heels which snapped, falling onto the grass.
Klaire could feel her legs beginning to press further against her jeans. She certainly knew the wool was thickening, clearly becoming coarse and curly as it pushed her jeans to their limits. Her jeans soon split as the material fell to the ground. She would have been naked if she wasn't covered in thick white wool. She could feel that she had grown a short tail which now moved freely, unobstructed from the jeans. Klaire's breasts dwindled, forming a new udder between her legs as Clara finished her feeding.
"My paaaaaaants" bleated Klaire, releasing she had just bleated like a sheep as Clara stared at her 'mother', bleating excitedly at how much alike they looked.
"Klaire?" said George as Klaire turned her head, noticing her husband was staring at her from the fence outside the Sheep Pen.
"George...help meeeeee," said Klaire, her last word coming more out as a bleat. However, George understood the message.
"Can you walk honey?" asked George, his concern showing through as Klaire tried to stand up, balancing on her new hooved feet as she tried to walk towards her husband.
However, as she did, she felt a shifting in her spine, feeling it straighten out forcefully as she fell onto all fours. She attempted to get up again, to walk like a person...but her body didn't work like that anymore.
"Ok, I'm coming in" responded George as he entered the Sheep Pen, intent on getting his wife out.
Clara, on the other hand, had a different idea. She saw this man as someone trying to steal her 'mother' away from her. She would not let that happen. After all, she desired a family which required a 'father.'
"Baaaaa!" bleated Clara, noticing George turned to look at her. Unknown to George, his hesitation was all that was required for the magic to begin to affect him as well. He felt a sensation emerge as he began to feel odd. His hair began to bleach white and curl, becoming soft and coarse to the touch.
"Honey?, your haaaaaaair," said Klaire, pointing her hoof to her husband's head as George felt confused for a moment as he rubbed the top of his head and, to his shock, instead of hair, only succeeded in finding a patch of wool.
"Whaaaaaaat?!" said George, clasping his hands around his mouth as he realised he had just bleated. Clara bounced with excitement as she noticed the wool seemed to be spreading downwards over his form. It put pressure on his shirt as he began to scratch at the material.
His scratching seemed to reduce with intensity as George felt a sensation come over his hands. George took a look at his hands as he noticed his fingers thickening up, merging as they formed a pair of sheep hooves.
"Hooves, oh god those are hooves?" said George in a panic. He felt something changing in his feet as he realised they were shifting to match. Clara bleated joyously as his shoes burst apart, revealing his new hooves as he struggled to keep his balance.
Clara bounced towards her 'father', deciding to help him as she nudged his legs. It caused George to become unstable as he fell forward, realising he was comfortably on all fours. His attempts to get back up were just as successful as Klaires had been as he found himself bound to all fours.
"Baaaaah, baaaah" bleated Clara joyously as she began to move up to George. She snuggled against him, George feeling a new instinct in his mind. He felt his emerging paternal instincts as he snuggled back against Clara, something within recognising her as his 'daughter.'
George could feel the wool which had spread across his form begin to broaden. It pushed against his clothing until his clothes burst off his frame, revealing new coarse wool covering his body. A small tail had also grown out of his rear, free from the obstruction of his trousers.
George and Klaire stared at each other. From the neck down, the pair realised they were complete sheep. The realisation about what had happened to the children and their parents came to them. Meanwhile, Clara continued to bounce around them, happy with her new 'mummy' and 'daddy.'
"I suppose this is what happened to the others?" said Klaire, surprised that it came out with perfect clarity.
"I guess it is" responded George, resigning himself to his fate as he noticed his wife doing the same. It seemed that for the foreseeable future, the pair were to be sheep.
"I just hope Angelica manages to escape" mused Klaire.
"I agree, just a shame we won't be able to warn her" mumbled George unhappily.
"Well, there is one thing we can do" stated Klaire, feeling uncomfortable as she realised she was feeling some heat in her rear.
"What's that?" wondered George, feeling an unusual instinct coming over him as well as he noticed Klaire began to turn away, presenting her rear to him.
"We can look after our new family" responded Klaire, turning to face Clara who bleated happily once more at the pair. "We can start by giving our 'daughter' she started, having to force the final words out "A new sibling" she finished. Klaire felt her new sheep instincts threatening to overwhelm her as she began to bleat out in anticipation, her human voice now lost to her as she waited for George to make his move.
George tried to resist. However, this was short-lived as he felt his new ram instincts begin to take control. A thought entered his head that couldn't be ignored. He wanted, no, demanded Klaire, wanted his mate.
George climbed up, mounting Klaire as she bleated in anticipation. Clara watched intently, her small frame brimming with excitement as she looked forward to spending time with her new family...and the little sibling she would eventually have.
George found his mark as he plunged into Klaire. The pair began to mate as Klaire bleated in excitement. She could feel her changes coming to a close, marching up as her face pushed forward into a muzzle. The skin became white, developing a leathery texture as her teeth thinned out, suitable for a herbivore diet. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see the same thing happening to George. His face has stretched out into a muzzle as the fur grew around it, mirroring his wife.
Meanwhile, George was feeling a pulling sensation in his head. It was getting increasingly worse, feeling like a very intense migraine as he bleated in pain. Despite this, George continued to thrust. The pleasure he and his wife were experiencing from the mating was unlike anything the pair had experienced. Eventually, the pressure that had formed ceased as he saw two large horns come out of his head. He felt a great sense of pride swell within him as he looked at them, feeling like a proper ram as he felt the mating coming to a climax.
As the pair climaxed, their eyes darkened, their sheep instincts in control as George dismounted. They looked at each other before lowering their heads to graze on the fresh grass below their hooves. Clara cavorted joyously around the pair, happy to now have a 'mommy' and 'daddy.'
Elsewhere:
Charlotte watched the new sheep graze, content with her new additions. She smiled slightly, content that she was finally getting to add what she wanted to the Zoo.
"Now...they mentioned Angelica. I need to deal with her before things can get out of hand. I don't want things to get close as they did with the camels" mumbled Charlotte as she began looking across the various cameras around the Zoo.
She saw that Angelica was within the Aquarium via a CCTV camera as she planned her next move. She used another of the CCTV cameras to focus on the parents who had transformed into sheep. She considered her plan of attack and wondered how she would deal with Angelica.
After a couple of minutes, Charlotte was satisfied with her plan and left the Security Room with a skip in her step, looking forward to the new addition.
Meanwhile:
Angelica was wandering around the Aquarium, noticing the blue shark. She got out her phone as she had an obsession with sharks. She took a photograph and sent it to her friend Anna. She liked Anna as the pair bonded over their shared dark sense of humour as well as sharing a friendship with Caitlyn. They both hoped that one day, Caitlyn would come out of her shell. She began to leave the Aquarium, wondering how her parents were doing and awaiting Anna's response.
She looked into one of the nearby tanks, noticing a group of Dragonface Pipefish as she looked at them. For some reason which she didn't understand, they seemed familiar. However, Angelica brushed off this notion as she realised something seemed very, very wrong.
"I wonder if my parents are ok. I haven't heard from them in a while" mumbled Angelica, resisting the urge to panic as she headed towards the exit of the Aquarium. She decided she would go and look for them.
As she left the Aquarium, she saw Charlotte. She waved her down as Charlotte looked at her, smiling for a moment as she approached Angelica.
"Hello, where are my parents?" asked Angelica, holding back her unease as Charlotte appeared to think for a moment.
"They're in the Petting Zoo. I can take you there now if you want" responded Charlotte as she chuckled inwardly at Angelica's enthusiastic nod.
Charlotte escorted Angelica towards the Petting Zoo and left once again, leaving the girl to look around.
Angelica looked around, noticing the new sheep. George and Klaire looked to Angelica, no longer recognising her as their daughter as Clara stared intently at her, seeing Angelica's curious face.
"Hm...I always wondered how soft sheep's wool is," mused Angelica as she looked around, noticing nobody was watching her.
"It'll only take a minute" she reasoned as she entered the sheep pen, eager to satisfy her curiosity but little did Angelica know, she would soon learn exactly how soft sheep's wool was.
Angelica looked around, wandering towards the sheep that was formerly her mother. Clara stared at the newcomer, feeling something enter her mind as she bleated joyously. She could always do with an older sister, after all, the more the merrier.
"Baaaaaaa!" bleated out Clara as she noticed Angelica turning to face her. Clara tried her best to look as adorable as possible. It wasn't difficult as Angelica awed, heading towards Clara and reaching out towards her, beginning to stroke the soft wool as Clara bleated happily at the affection.
"Ah, what the hell was that?" startled Angelica as she pulled her hand away, feeling a sudden jolt as Clara watched with intrigue, looking forward to seeing her new big sister.
Angelica inspected her hand, not noticing any mark or injury as she felt confused at what had transpired. However, she felt an increasingly uncomfortable sensation in her hand. It started to change before her eyes. She widened her eyes in surprise as she stared at her hand, unable to turn away.
She held her breath, unable to scream out as her fingers moved closer together. She could feel them merging as they formed together, becoming one single lump as the nail began to surround it, turning black. Soon her hand had changed into one cloven hoof.
Words failed Angelica as she stared at the foreign limb. She eyed the hoof as she began to feel panic coming over her.
"I...I know I'll call for help" she exclaimed, getting her phone out using her still human hand. She tried to unlock it, soon realising she couldn't as she felt her frustration growing.
"C'mon!" shouted Angelica, her frustration increasing as she suddenly dropped her phone. "Damn it, no-no-no. Where is it?" she panicked, bending down as she tried to find it within the grass.
While she was looking for her phone, she failed to notice her other hand changing, quickly becoming a hoof to match her other hand. She was quickly distracted from her objective as she eyed her new front hooves.
"Wait, I have hooves," said Angelica as realisation set in promptly. "I have hooves!" she shouted, not noticing that the ram who was her former father was behind her. Before she could react, she felt something hit her in her legs, forcing her to the ground.
Once Angelica hit the floor, realising she was on her hands and knees, she tried to muster the energy to get back up. However, the sensation she had felt in her hand was now in her legs. They began to feel like jelly as they began to morph and change, becoming something bestial.
She felt them begin to shorten, matching the length of her arms. While this was happening, she felt her toes forcefully merge, as her hands had done. Soon she had a pair of rear hooves to match her hands. She could feel them stepping onto her dress, her new positioning causing the dress to be too long as it eventually ripped, revealing her rear.
"No, not my dress" moaned Angelica as she could feel a pressing around her rear. She felt something growing back there as a new tail forming, wiggling a little as Angelica tried once more to get back up to no avail. Unknown to her, her back had already shifted, confining her to all fours.
"Baaaaa!" bleated Clara enthusiastically as she looked to her 'sister.' She cavorted around as Angelica could only stare. She was soon distracted by a mild itch towards her legs.
She was able to twist her head around to see her legs. She gasped in astonishment as she saw thin white fur begin to spread from her ankles. It spread faster and faster, covering her legs until it was out of sight due to her dress. Angelica felt the fur spreading towards her upper body as she knew what was soon to become.
"Waaaaaait, I'm becoming a sheeeeep?!" belated Angelica as she began to panic. She noticed the ram and the adult ewe approaching her.
Angelica watched the pair of sheep observing her with intrigue. She could feel a sense of familiarity as words failed her.
"Mom?, Dad?" mumbled Angelica as she began to feel very, very warm.
She could feel what she knew to be her wool pressing against her dress. It got tighter and tighter as she felt progressively warmer. The sheep watched with interest and wandered over to her. They began to nip at the dress, trying to bring relief to what they interpreted as another member of the flock. Angelica attempted to shoo them away but found herself unable to. Eventually, the sheep had managed to tear apart the dress, leaving it in tatters on the floor. Angelica looked behind her again, noticing her newfound wool.
"Baaaaaaa!" bleated out Clara, further excited to have a new sister for the flock as Angelica was more focused on the thin fur forming on her front legs which moved upwards, eventually meeting the fur which had been forming across her lower body.
While Angelica was unable to see her breasts shifting, she could feel them. They shrunk as they moved downwards, becoming her new sheep udders, tucking snugly between her rear legs.
Angelica began to feel a tingling in her neck, it was changing and thickening. She cried out as the pain became too much to bear. Eventually, she felt as her voice vanished.
"Baaaaaaaaaa!, BAAAAAAAA!" bleated Angelica, trying to get the attention of anyone who could help her. She noticed Clara seemed to be moving towards her. She then suddenly snuggled against her 'sister.'
Angelica's breathing began to slow as the changes slowed for a short while, the wool feeling like an uncomfortable blanket as she tried to calm herself. It would not last for long as she felt her vagina shift and relocate, stopping underneath her tail. She bleated as she wondered what this meant for her future.
Her final changes began to begin around her head. She could already feel her ears twitching as they grew longer, covered in the same white fur as her legs. She could feel her hair begin to loosen, falling to the ground as new wool emerged from her head, spreading down her neck and joining with the rest on her body.
She looked around in desperation, trying to get a good look at herself as she could feel the changes shifting to her face.
It began to push out, white fur appearing and slowly spreading as her face pushed out into a muzzle. She felt her teeth change, becoming suitable for the herbivore diet she would eat from now on. The fur finished spreading up her face as her physical changes completed.
Eventually, Angelica found herself near a feeding trough. She looked within it, managing to see her reflection. She bleated as she noticed her new look, trying to deny the changes that had come over her. Despite this, her mind was beginning to feel hazy. It was becoming increasingly difficult for Angelica to focus as she tried to hold onto her mind.
"Wait...I'm a sheep?, wasn't I always a sheep?" thought Angelica as she shook her head, knowing that was wrong as she desperately tried to keep her human thoughts but try as she might, the call of her new instincts was just too strong. Her eyes darkened, sealing her change and cementing the animal instincts as being in control.
The new ewe stared at the other sheep, recognising them as her flock. She walked up to them, feeling comfort in how close they were together. They bent their heads down together, grazing on the lush green grass beneath their hooves.
"BAAAAAAAA!" bleated Clara, showing the greatest enthusiasm she had shown all day. She cavorted around the flock, bouncing with happiness as she had gotten what she desired most.
She had gotten a family.
Eventually:
Charlotte returned and looked over the new flock. She was ecstatic, she had been hoping to do this a lot sooner. Now she had finally done it. She was looking forward to adding more animals to the Petting Zoo in the future.
"This is fantastic!" exclaimed Charlotte, allowing herself to celebrate this small victory as she noticed the little lamb from earlier seemed to be equally excited. Charlotte entered the sheep pen as she bent down, encouraging Clara to come to her.
"Are you happy with your new family, little one?" asked Charlotte as Clara came up to her. Charlotte began to cuddle Clara as she bleated affectionately. Clara licked Charlotte happily as Charlotte chuckled. It felt ticklish as she looked over to the additional sheep she had acquired.
She noticed the discomfort on the newfound sheep's faces and realised that it had become considerably hotter. The clouds present earlier in the day had since cleared up, allowing the sun to shine down unobstructed. She could only imagine how the sheep felt with all that wool on their bodies.
"Yeah, I agree" started Charlotte, talking to the flock who just stared at her mindlessly as she got up. "Just wait here, I'll be back soon" finished Charlotte as she left the Sheep Pen. Clara continued to bounce around the flock as Charlotte retreated to the large red barn to find a bucket and shears.
Soon, Charlotte returned as she sat down on a small stool she had gotten out of the barn. She motioned for a sheep to come to her. As the former Angelica complied, Charlotte got the bucket and shears and began to trim her wool. The sheep were cooperative as Charlotte felt reassured.
"Good to know they've become sheep physically and mentally," thought Charlotte as she continued to trim Angelica before moving onto Klaire and then George.
Once she had done so, she let the sheep go, allowing them to explore their new environment, the former parents grazing while Angelica headed into one of the wooden shelters, seemingly away from the rest of the flock. Clara stayed close to her new mother as she began to feed once more.
"They look so happy together" mused Charlotte as she watched the flock within the pen. They truly felt like a family as Charlotte thought back to previous events, wincing in pain slightly at the memory of the black eye she had acquired. She decided she didn't want to leave the Zoo just yet. She began to walk away, planning to do another inventory check, just to be sure.
As Charlotte turned to leave, something twinkled in the corner of her eye. She turned to face where the sun was shining down. She noticed something on the ground within the Sheep Pen as she entered once more, curious about what it was.
"Wait, is that a phone?" wondered Charlotte as she picked it up, confirming her suspicions as she managed to unlock the phone.
"Talk about lack of security" deadpanned Charlotte as she noticed a message from someone called Anna. Charlotte quickly sent her a return text to reduce suspicion. She continued to look through the text history, seeing the name of the nearby high school repeatedly. Charlotte concluded quickly this was where Angelica attended.
Charlotte then proceeded to look through the contact list, noticing many names.
"Steven, Caitlyn, Anna, Erica" she murmured as she continued to scroll through. She thought of the possibility of potential new 'recruits' once the controversy had died down.
"Has potential. I'll discuss it with Rebecca later, but for now, I should probably get on with that inventory check" said Charlotte as she left the new flock to their own devices, planning on completing the inventory check at a reasonable hour.
However, she took one last look back at the new family and smiled. Charlotte was happy at the additions to the Petting Zoo and looked forward to adding more.
