Jimin decided, "I'll go downstairs." He stood up and passed by Y/N. "No, it's better for you to stay here and take a shower so you can rest early."

However, Y/N was also curious about what had happened. "Let me go with you."

Since Y/N was pregnant, Auntie Wang had stayed in the house to help. She headed to the kitchen to prepare some drinks, while Yoongi waited in the living room.

Jimin glanced at her and said, "Auntie Wang, you can go rest first. We can take care of ourselves."

"Okay, Mr. Park," Auntie Wang replied before leaving.

With her gone, Jimin continued, "So, what happened? Is it Taemin who asked you to come here?"

"No," Yoongi responded firmly. "I came here of my own will. I just want to tell you that I've damaged my connection with Lee Taemin. I hate myself for not being able to destroy him."

Y/N was taken aback as she noticed genuine hatred in Yoongi's expression. It wasn't an act; he truly despised Taemin. She exchanged a glance with Jimin but remained silent for the moment.

Jimin remained silent for a while, absorbing Yoongi's words. "Did he hurt your sister? Was it because you released Krystal's father's location?"

It wasn't difficult to piece together, considering Taemin's ruthless and cunning nature. He wouldn't simply let Yoongi off the hook for revealing Krystal's father's whereabouts. Jimin knew how much Yoongi cared for his sister. She was his Achilles' heel. Even back then, Jimin had used So Dam to manipulate Yoongi.

Yoongi nodded, his thoughts consumed by his sister in the hospital. "Yesterday, Taemin had someone catch my sister and assault her. When I found her, she was on the verge of committing suicide. If I had been even a few seconds later, I would have found her lifeless body..."

"I brought her to the hospital. The doctor said she was mentally unstable and had attempted suicide multiple times. I didn't dare leave her until today, as her mood began to improve. I arranged for a nurse to take care of her so I could come here to see you guys," Yoongi explained, his clothes bearing traces of his sister's blood.

Y/N couldn't hide her anger. "Taemin is a deranged bastard!"

"I think he's teetering on the edge of madness," Yoongi added. "He's becoming even more violent now, he can't control himself."

Jimin leaned forward, addressing Yoongi directly. "So, Min Yoongi, what brings you here this late at night?"

Yoongi stated, "Mr. Park, I'd like to express my consideration. As long as I can trip Lee Taemin, I'm willing to do whatever it takes."

Jimin's smile slowly spread as he inquired, "Regarding my grandmother's case, what information do you have?"

Yoongi shook his head and elaborated, "In fact, I suspect Taemin was responsible for Madame Park's death. On the day of the incident, we had an important meeting, but Taemin received a call and left abruptly. When he returned, I noticed an injury on his forehead. Later, I learned about Madame Park's murder on the news. Taemin is incredibly cautious, and there were no witnesses in Madame Park's room, leaving no direct evidence. It's just my deduction."

Yoongi nodded, but his phone suddenly interrupted the conversation. He checked the caller ID, and his complexion paled. He glanced at Jimin and Y/N before answering the call, ensuring they could hear the conversation with Taemin.

"Min Yoongi, enjoying your little talk with Park Jimin? What do you intend to do to assist him? Are you prepared to visit the police station tomorrow to report me?" Taemin's voice echoed through the speaker.
