Sniffing out a rat

Two things she was sure of there was a rat and it was in shield  , she kept this to herself til she could talk to fury and the team privately .   she informed the team however he wasn't there  letting them know to as much of data and leave .  walking out she kept the front of not knowing as they shield agents began cuffing and leading the hydra agents to the cells on the jets . she walked around then listening to their thoughts seeing if any stood out most were angry that hydra got the best even john walker seemed pissed as much of asshole as he was he didn't agree with what has happen even shot bucky and herself a sympathetic smile  .   wanda began joining her giving her a little nodd . " what are you two doing"  fury asked curiously. " checking the hydra agents thought see if we missed anything " Y/N Said to which wanda  agreed . " why did i never to think of that " fury chuckled .  " one missing" she said looking to where she saw the spot. " walker brought them to the jet" one of the fellow agents called out .   when she walked toward the jet she could here the grunts and what sounded like a struggle  one shield agent out cold while walker was a bloodied mess on the floor . " what the hell happened" she ran towards the man . " i  tried to get one to talk but before he sang i was knocked to the ground and they attacked  me" he coughed. " i need medic in here quickly  " she called .  " who's on the floor" she asked pointing to the fellow agent . " some new guy he was out cold before i hit the ground" walker grunted.   " hey no more rogue shit  i know your helping but it doesn't " she said softly . " sorry dr. banner " he nodded even that hurt. " its  kitten well friends call me it " her words earning a broken smile in return . " shields been  taken again " he whispered before the medics walked in .  " i know " she mouthed before leaving the jet  . " what the hell happened " fury asked. " someone got the jump on walker we must of must someone in the raid" she lied easily . " there is a rat in shield " her voice softly in his mind.   " so uncle nick wanna ride back with me i missed you" she pouted few of her team mates looking confused but said nothing . " well of course i  can kitten" he chuckled but she could see the anger in side him .   bucky could see through her front she was so disappointed in herself for not  getting him . 

once on the jet she pulled her comms out and pointed to everyone to do the same.  " they off" she whispered  earning nod from the team . " it comes to light that there's a rat they've been tipping hydra off" she stated . " it's walker" bucky spat. " calm your ass buckshot it's not walker he got beaten to a pulp tonight" she rolled her eyes. " well he could of made it that way" he stated . " no that badly  it would be like a " she stopped the agent that was knocked out . " who's the new guy " she turned to fury. " anderson's nephew todd " he said seemly catching on to what she suggested . " right we need a plan  to sniff them out can look for adam properly " she turned  . " she'd make good captain" steve teased. " thanks second husband " she pat him on the back . " this file has everything on adam , including picture " she announced  bucky grabbing it from her hand to see .  " mini bucket " she smiled sadly. " they used the chair on him " bucky growled. " they did alot which means we need to get this rat out as soon as possible" she kept the front going inside she was breaking but she couldn't let hydra win this time  .  " what do you suggest" nat asked taking the file from bucky reading it herself .  " we  need to pretend we know nothing of the rat , wanda is telling the other team the same " she explained. " we are going to pull in 3 agents eric smalls , walker and little anderson make it like they are the new team leaders "she stated .  " if he's team leader he won't catch on  " nat smirked . " exactly so i'll take the shield now stevie " she teased . " no you wont  she would break it" bucky snorted .  " i would not anyways  bucky  baby love of my life you and sam are working with walker and his team" she smiled seeing his face completely drop.   "  you can't be serious " he snapped  . " oh as serious as luka is on fish crackers" she sang .  " or you could let kitten work with him , wonder if he still has that crush on her " nat mused . "  i mean nat right he might work harder to impress her " steve joined in . " no i'll work with the ass" bucky spoke up possessive edge to his voice.   " thanks buckshot , i'll be with anderson mini  as well as wanda , nat your with eric as well as steve " she  told them . 

once the jet landed at the shield  they all jumped off the jet , she walked to the infirmary  seeing john getting stitched up and the young anderson telling them he was fine. " well well  well walker seen you in better condition " she said playing like they were still on bad terms . " play along " her voice in his head . "well if you guys didn't miss one we would of got him poor kid here got hurt" he didn't miss a beat . "  hey it happens don't mind him kitten we'll get them next time " the young man said. " least someone has sense in this room what's your name " she asked  looking at the agent . " daniel anderson ma'am " he stood remembering himself. " kitten's fine " she smiled sweetly . anyone would take it as a nice gesture but walker knew that smile would end up being on your back or worse .  " when your both given ok fury and team want to talk to you " she said hopping off the bed . " about what" walker asked . " apparently he wants you guys to lead the teams  on the next one don't get excited walker bucky's going with you " she smirked walking out the room .    only to meet a face she didn't want to ever see. " kitten what you doing here " his voice making her cringe harder then she could imagine. " delivering a message to your nephew and walker"  her voice bitter and cold . "  now don't be like that we had a lot of good times together"agent anderson smirked looking to see the silver bands on her wrist  .  " yeah we didn't " she tried moving out of the way . " once the winter soldier gets bored of you i'll have you again " he leaned whispering in her ear. " doll? " bucky called his jaw clenched . " we were just talking about you barnes " he smirked before entering the room .
