Stand tall ( BUCKY X READER )

The war rages on .

a war as old as time itself rage on in the avengers compound , well not actually that old but tony stark was currently stood in front of the highchair arms crossed as he stared the toddler down . the team watched on amused at the situation for some reason luka refused to speak tony's name he had nearly all there name even rhodney's who was barely there.  " come on you can say it kid we both know you can say it" he stated hand landing on his hip but luka stood firm it was like the toddler knew it was amusing the team and irritating the billionaire.  " stark you are acting more of child than the children " nat rolled her eyes . " asha " luka called . " come on kid just say it tony , T-O-N-Y "   ." thor" . " yes little one" the god boomed.  " that's it only second best college for you " tony shrugged slumping to his chair . " only in this compound would tony beefing with a toddler would be normal" pietro chuckled.   " i can say tony" evie smiled . " and thats why your getting a pony princess " tony smiled . " no she not tony" y/n  snorted.  " too late already got ". " how " . " i know a guy " tony simply said . " come on barnes and co we  can finally move you into the west wing " tony said jumping up as they all followed.   the little welcome mat stood outside the door making few laugh at .  but when the door opened wide so did their jaws . the open space was like stepping into a different space altogether . the living room and kitchen attached  .   along the sage walls stood bookshelves the little leaf details along the carvings of the wood tied them perfectly with the walls .  the other side of room the toy boxes  sat perfectly along the walls  just in the center stood a bigger version of her old sofa in an l-shape formation  directly across from the tv that took up most of the wall .    the game systems slotted perfectly on the open shelves directly underneath it had everything that was needed for the little family. as they walked they seen the little room just off of the kitchen to see the washing machine and dryer  as well as the lining closet .  leading down the hall she could see the 3 doors on ones side each child's engraved on each door.  first was adam's  the large room held the double bed  that looked like it was floating off the floor . shelves filled with books and comics . in corner stood  a desk with a huge computer on top but enough space tony told him was for home work and shit  in his own words .  the walls a medium blue almost replicating the midday sky.  

 they went evie insisted her room was next . she gasped and flew into a ball of excitement at the ivory and baby pink walls  but what really took the cake was the large castle like doll house making her squeal . the double bed almost looked like it belonged in a fairytale the ivory bed frame led to the ceiling  the canopy tied it off . " perfect for a princess" tony smirked as she dove into the mans arms .  they went to lukas room  the light green walls  tied perfectly  theme of a  wild animal theme . the animal stuffies perched perfectly in one corner  .  toy box filled with animal figures as well tabletop zoo/ farm .   " tony you didn't need to do all this " she smiled tears slowly fell down her cheek .  " of course i did , we're family kitten" he said kissing her head. " now come i'll show you the master bedroom" he smiled leading them out and across. she couldn't help the gasp that came from her mouth but it was too perfect . the wall ivory except  an accent wall that was mid night blue with a geometric pattern in a gold .   the bed stood center of the room  the navy bedding  with gold trimming  . the walked toward the doors showing a large walk in closet  with a his and hers side  she couldn't help giggle at the size of her side being bigger.  

what really stole the show  was the ensuite bathroom the cream floors  along with the cream and gray marbled tiled wall .  the counters a similar style along with the soaker tub was almost two times bigger than one in her old suite same and the shower she really couldn't help not think of her and bucky enjoying it. the sounds of wanda giggles filled the room . " you both are thinking the same thing " she quickly before making her exit.   " same page babydoll "he wink. " same page sarge " she smirked.  " well i'm glad i put couple of extra rooms in just incase" tony joked making the two blush . "extra rooms for what mommy" evie asked . "  for pop pop to stay or aunty nat " she lied quickly glaring at tony .  " bathroom for kiddo's and guest just there , kitchen is stocked but we still expect you guys at dinner with us but if you want a couple of nights for your own dinner it's there " pepper smiled . " really tony i can't thank you enough for what you been doing for us , i don't deserve your kindness" bucky voice almost cracked. " you james barnes deserve more good in this world ,  your not him " was all tony said before leaving with pepper who kissed his cheek .  " hey adam want us to show you  the best games " peter asked . " can i mom" he asked excitedly . " of course you can " . "we will have you a pro in no time  maybe you can finally beat your mom for us " pietro teased  . " hey can't beat the best" she shrugged leaning back as bucky's arms wrapped around her waste . " welcome home" she smiled . " welcome home babydoll" he kissed her neck as the boys focused on the tv setting up the consoles.  " next stop is becoming mrs barnes " she smiled .
