Act 5 | Year 2025: American Music Awards

May 2025,

Two months.

That was how long it had passed since the digital single 'Super' was released. It was from the result of the 12 of us working hard to make it work. From the producer to choreographer that we made. We even hired backup dancers to perform to make sure everything was superb.

And it works. Fan from all over the world came together to support each of the fandom that was in the group. KPOP group exponentially since then. The result? Like I said, Inception was granted to perform a special performance at the American Music Awards alongside Babylon Garden.

Babylon Garden had received nomination for Favourite Social Artist and the members had already flew to Las Vegas to rehearse including myself. Yunjin will lead them once they touched down where the five of us will greet them alongside the other fans.

Talking about America, Babylon Garden had been through multiple TV Shows such as Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon and Good Morning America to promote our music. I was so proud of my members who did not falter under pressure of speaking a foreign language especially the maknae lines.

We even met several other artists to have lunch with. Particularly Jenna Ortega and Emma Myers for Brunch. They flew down all the way from New York to meet up with us. We did not get the chance to meet them last year, and knowing that we were just around the block they did not want to miss this chance.

Me: Hyung, Emma's with us. Can you say hi to her?

Emma: H-HI! I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!

I chuckled at her fangirling reaction when I decided to call S.Coups and Jeonghan hyung. Emma's bias were these two and managed to talk for a few minutes really made her day. Jenna had opted to do a dancing challenge with all of us before taking a picture with me. I know for sure the internet will be buzzing.

Jenna: I'll see you at the American Music Awards!

Me: Oh you're coming?

Jenna: Of course! I have to show my support!

Chuckling, I nodded at her before we parted ways. Today was the day for Inception to touch down at the airport. Riding our van, we talked mostly about the upcoming rehearsal on our schedule.

We will be performing 'ON' for the performance. With the backup dancers, it will be stupid to not utilize what we had in our disposals. Reaching the airports, we were quickly swarmed with reporters and fans from every angle.

Muchen: Looks like the news got to them.

AJ: What do you expect? They're vultures I tell you.

Me: Come on, we have to go inside.

Leading the group, we marched into the airport to the fans surprise. Clearly not expecting our arrival. We arrived last week since we had schedule with talk shows. It went really smooth since I drilled them into talking English the moment we landed here.

Jaewoo: Do you think they'll see the banner that I did?

Tobio: Bro, our hair stands out in the crowd. Ya think?

True. Our hair were coloured to make us stand out. Muchen had opted for blonde, AJ had opted for blue, Tobio had opted for pink and Jaewoo had opted for green. I was the only person who opted for black. Just because I want to highlight the blue rose tattoo on my neck.

Me: Oh here they are.

Within seconds, the airport turned into a concert of fans screaming at the idols stepping outside the arrival area. Slowly, one by one walked and waved towards the fans. They clearly did not expect any of this to happen. Especially the amount of fans garnered in the western media.
