Act 10 | Year 2031: Epilogue Pt. 1

March 2031,

Exactly one year and six months had passed. Time flies really fast when you're enjoying what you're doing. I won't deny that serving the military was 'fun' but in a way it teaches patriotisms inside me.

During my stay here, it wasn't that I can't go out. People thought that we won't be able to have fun outside the camp. During the weekdays, it's training and military stuff while in the weekend we have some time to go out under a few rules. Basically like a boarding school.

I went out with Minjeong and Rose once a month, I even went out to AJ and Jaewoo's live concert. They went to have successful solo careers, winning multiple awards with only one year of solo experience. 

Both of them won the 'Best New Solo Artist' last year at the MAMA and MMA event respectively. Teasing each other that the two of them still have a strong bond together and kept pushing each other to the best.

Muchen and Tobio are thriving back in their countries. Filming drama after drama and being called out to be in an international movies. Their solo careers were only met with success and the love from the fans. In 6 months, we're going to have a reunion to celebrate ten year anniversary of Babylon Garden.

Speaking of artists, Aespa had became the first kpop group to perform at the UNESCO Youth Event. They became the first ever kpop group to do. Pairing with Babylon Garden at the UN and now Aespa at the UNESCO, the two groups had been at the top of the hierarchy.

Aespa had officially disbanded last year, with the members going their separate ways. NingNing and Muchen had been a power couple back in China with each family already planning their marriage.

The other three decided to go on solo with their careers. With Minjeong signing a contract under HYBE Labels. Wanting to stay close to me knowing that the two of us will be seeing each other everyday as a family.

Karina and Giselle all signed exclusive contract with multiple labels and travelled around the world to promote their music and acting careers. I realized that everyone was growing up and is on their new chapter in life.

Babylon Garden and Aespa is officially done for the entertainment industry with being the most successful group ever in history. We've won daesangs, international awards, we paved the way for the kpop around the world. The two of us are making history.

And now it was the time for the me to get discharge from my service. I've spent a short time but it was fulfilling. Apparently I did not told Minjeong about it. She only knows that I'm discharge this month, I did not tell her the exact date.

That's why I'm on my to surprise her.

Me: Mom, is she there already?

I was calling my mom on the phone since I needed her help. She and my siblings planned everything out for me. They will bring Minjeong to the bakery with the false hope of planning a surprise for me when I returned home.

Today will be a big day, because why? Today is also the day that I will propose to her. I already got the ring in me when I went shopping with three of my sisters. With a loud 

'Finally!' 

'Really? This long?' 

'I can finally call Minjeong unnie family'.

The three are the most happy to know that Minjeong will finally become a part of the family. The ring that I chose was a special made with snowflakes on it. Minjeong already stated that her english name would be Winter Sing.
