Tom entered Eleanor's hospital room with a tray of lunch in his hands. He offered a small smile as he approached her bedside, setting the tray down on the table beside her.

"Hey," Tom greeted softly, his voice filled with a mix of concern and affection. "I brought you some food. Figured you could use something to eat."

Eleanor managed a weak smile, appreciating his gesture. "Thanks, Tom. That's really sweet of you."

He took a seat beside her, their eyes meeting as he spoke. "Listen, Eleanor, there's something else I need to tell you. I overheard the managers talking, and it seems they've made a decision. You won't be able to perform for the next month, which means you won't be able to continue the tour with us."

Eleanor's heart sank, her eyes welling up with tears. "What? They're sending me back to Hamburg?"

Tom nodded, his expression pained. "Yeah, it seems that way. They've already booked your flight. It's not what any of us want, but they believe it's the best decision for your recovery."

Anger and frustration surged within Eleanor, her voice trembling as she spoke. "This is bullshit! I can't believe this is happening. I worked so hard to be a part of this tour, to be with you guys. And now it's all being taken away from me."

Tom reached out, gently taking her hand in his. "I know it's incredibly unfair, Eleanor. We all fought for you, but sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control. We're going to miss you, and I can't even begin to explain how sorry I am."

Eleanor's tears flowed freely now, her voice choked with emotion. "I don't want to leave. This band has become my family. I don't know what I'll do without all of you."

Tom's thumb gently brushed against the back of her hand, his eyes filled with compassion. "I understand, Eleanor. It's going to be tough, but we're not going anywhere. We'll stay in touch, and when you're ready to dance again, we'll be right here, cheering you on."

She sniffled, her voice filled with vulnerability. "I don't want to say goodbye, Tom. Not like this."Tom leaned in, his lips softly brushing against hers in a gentle kiss. It was a tender moment, filled with unspoken emotions and the weight of their shared journey.

"I don't want to say goodbye either, Eleanor," he whispered against her lips. "But it's not forever. We'll find a way back to each other, I promise."

As they held each other, Eleanor's heart ached with a mix of sorrow and gratitude. In that bittersweet moment, she realized that their connection extended beyond the stage, and their bond would endure, even in the face of unexpected challenges.
