It was nearing the Friday, but it seemed the days were moving slower with the knowledge and excitement with what Friday was bringing. A whole date with Chan, which I was planning, it was making everyday that I was on set seem incredibly boring. Even doing fun chill scenes with So-Joon seemed quite mundane and I think he was noticing my lack of passion recently.

"What's up with you?" So-Joon asked as we sat backstage waiting for a clean up of a set.

"Hmm? Oh, nothing. Just waiting for the weekend." I told him, trying to seem nonchalant.

"Ahh, something exciting happening?" He asked as he took a sip of his coffee.

"Yeah, I guess so." I muttered, feeling happy and giddy at the though of Friday coming.

We sat peacefully in our chairs behind set, and watched as production crew cleaned the new set we had in Seoul. We were sitting in uniform and makeup, ready to get into character at any time. So-Joon went on his phone and I followed. It had been a while since I had posted or talked to fans. My company had a messaging app to be in contact with fans.

Korain!:  Hey guys! On set right now, hope everyone is eating or resting meaningfully. I hope you wait for the show!

The show had been announced yesterday, and the release date was to be released next week. As the main actor, I of course knew when it would be released. Since it was early October, we were on schedule to be finished filming in late December, and the show was due to be released in early February. A episode each week, meaning it would be bingable by mid may.

Rainko: We're looking forward to it so much! Rest well during your breaks! Love you Korain-ah!

I loved reading through fan messages, and it always brought a smile to my face. I don't often update a lot due to something that had happened which led to my hiatus, but my fans always say I'm never active enough and eventually I want to change that.

"Korain-ah!" I turned up at the voice of my sub-director.

He was a small man, but he was the sweetest soul and I had worked with him previously too. He was a great friend, and I always liked working with him. I smiled as he walked up to me to ask me something.

"Director-nim was asking whether you have any updates about the OST with Stray kids?" He asked, clearly a little timid.

"Oh, I'm not to sure. I'll message Chan get back to the director later." I smiled and he nodded before leaving for the set again.

I closed the messaging app for fans and opened my normal messages. Chan was towards the top, I clicked on his name. The last message was one I didn't like so much and I wanted to change that.

'Channie hyung, the director wants an update on the song. Don't worry if you havent been able to work on it due to the comeback.'

I put my phone down, I wasn't expecting a reply so soon because of promotions, but after 15minutes and I was due back on set, I checked my phone one last time.

'Come to the studio tonight.'

I smiled, it was short and quite direct but he probably didn't have loads of time to type out a message. I put my phone away and got back on set, ready to film more laid back scenes before we go down to Busan to film next week.

After filming several scenes which took place in this little cafe/park with So-Joon, it was time to head away from set and go to the studio to meet up with Chan.

"Manager-nim, I have to visit Chan in the studio for the song." I say as I walk to his car with him, and he nods.

The car ride was weirdly longer than normal, and my leg was bouncing in anticipation. I was really happy to see Chan, and I was curious about what he thought about the lyrics I had wrote in my present to him. I hadn't seen any clips of him opening the present but then again, I didn't go out searching for it. Perhaps there was a reaction to it and I hadn't seen it yet.

However, I did listen to their new album and Maxident had been super successful. I really liked Case 143 and I knew why Chan was going through a bit of a dry thinking patch due to the lovey lyrics to their new comeback. I really liked it, and not to mention Chan totally looked good in the music video.

"We're here." My manager said and I thanked him.

"You can go ahead and go home hyung. I'll get a lift from Channie."

"Channie?"

I close the door and walked to the entrance of the building. I waved to the receptionist who was packing away, and she smiled. I headed straight to the elevator and clicked for the 8th floor. Once out of the elevator, I practically skipped to Chan's studio. Once the door was open, and I saw a tired Chan sitting in his chair, I skipped forward and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Korain-ahhh." Chan smiled as he clicked on his laptop.

"Channie." I cheesed, happy to see him again. I smushed my nose in his cheek.

"Uh hello?" I heard a small voice behind us, and I jumped in shock and bowed quickly.

"Oh yeah, Korain-ah this is Han. Hannie, this is Korain from the show." Chan explained as he turned his chair around to introduce us, I looked at him with wide eyes.

"I'm sorry, I didn't see you there." I say awkwardly, somewhat annoyed that Chan didn't stop me from embarrassing myself.

"It's okay." Han smiled, "I was just helping with the song. I'm another producer in Stray Kids."

I nodded with a smile, "How does the song sound?"

"Well we definitely have a final instrumental." Chan said and I sat in a chair next to him, as he got ready to play it.

The instrumental was beautiful and it definitely fitted the vibe of the show and the meloncholiness of my character falling in love with an older women. The lyrics weren't there yet, but Chan was working on it. Han said his goodbyes after Chan talked to him about some lyrics, and then it was just the two of us.

"I totally embarrassed the both of us." I told him and giggled and he laughed too.

"Yeah, but I didn't have the heart to tell you to stop." Chan giggled and I smiled although he wasn't facing me.

"So the lyrics I wrote you?" I asked, not sure what I'm asking.

"Oh...Those were lyrics?" Chan teased and I hit his arm, "I'm kidding. I looked at them, and they were actually very helpful and motivating."

"Did you use any of them?" I asked, excited that I was actually capable of writing lyrics.

"Some of them, should I show you what I got so far?" Chan asked and I nodded.

I watched as he pulled up the notes on his phone first. I waited and then he started singing the lyrics, in a nice melody which I assume he had managed to make with the instrumental. It sounded really good, well at least the first chorus and verse did. So far sounded really good, and I was excited to hear what else they had come up with.

"There's a verse I'm in the middle of writing that starts with one of your lyrics." Chan said and I smiled, happy to be of help.

I was smiling so hard, my cheeks began to hurt. I couldn't help myself, he was just right there waiting to receive all my love. I leaned forward and placed a delicate kiss on his cheek once more. The last time I was able to was almost a week ago, and he told me no kissing till we were in a relationship. I had broken a boundary, and I was about to apologise...

till Chan reached forward and grabbed the back of my neck, placing a light kiss on my lips.

I pulled back after his lips were warm on mine, and I reeled my shock in.

"Chan!" I said, and put my fingers on my lips, feeling the tingling.

"Just giving you a teaser." Chan chuckled at my reaction, and most likely my red face.
