Loki Takes Alana Back To The Tower

Chapter 11

When they arrived back at Avengers Tower, Loki got out of the car and walked around to let Alana out. Loki looked at Alana and said, "I had a good-night with you, beautiful." Alana answered, "I did too, Loki." Alana was quiet for a moment then said, "Good-night Loki." Loki looked deeply into her eyes and said, "Good-night beautiful. I hope to see you tomorrow when I come by." Alana said, "You will." With that Alana turns around and walks back to Avengers Tower. Loki just watched her leave feeling so alone for the very first time in his life. He had always managed to put his feelings behind him and not let them show but with Alana he couldn't.

When Alana walks into Avengers Tower, she was greeted by Nat, "How did it go, Alana?" Alana answered, "It went ok. He'll be here tomorrow." Nat could tell that something was wrong with Alana, and she thought she knew what it was-Alana had fallen in love with Loki. Clint asked Alana, "What happened?" Alana lied and said, "Nothing. I'm going to bed." Clint said, "So, early?" Alana answered, "Yes, I'm tired." Alana then left and went to her bedroom. Clint asked Nat, "What's wrong with her? It's like she's fallen in love with that jerk." Thor came in defense of his brother, "Loki is no jerk, Clint. He's a crowned prince of Asgard and its future king!" Clint said, "Whoa Thor, I didn't mean anything by that. I was just saying that he acts like a jerk, and you know he does." Thor replied, "Maybe, but it is still not right for you to call him that."

Alana was laying in her bed thinking about Loki. She wished she hadn't allowed him to kiss and touch her but now it was too late because he'll be going back to Asgard tomorrow. Nat knocked on Alana's door but didn't get an answer. So, she let herself in. When she saw Alana laying on her bed, she asked, "Are you ok, Alana?" Alana answered, "Yes, I'm fine" she lied. Nat tells Alana, "I know better than that. I'm a woman too. So, I know when something is not right, and I also know when a woman is in love with someone, and you HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE with Loki. I'm I right?" Alana wouldn't say anything. All she did was look at the floor. Nat waited for an answer, but Alana wouldn't answer. Nat tried to get Alana to talk to her, but Alana wouldn't respond. Nat asked, "Want you talk to me?" Alana finally said, "I have nothing to say, Nat." Nat said, "I think you do, Alana. Just tell me what's going on. I promise not to judge you." Alana said, "I'm not sure what's going on with me. I just feel so alone all of a sudden." Nat said, "Could it be that you HAVE fallen in love with Loki?" Alana said, "Maybe. He asked me to go back to Asgard with him and become his queen." Nat replied, "Whoa, that's deep. No wonder you're so upset." Alana asked Nat, "What do I do, Nat?" Nat answered, "I can't tell you that. That's something that you have to decide." Nat continues, "Do you WANT TO go back with him?" Alana answered, "I don't know. I don't want to leave my brother but at the same time, I think I have developed feelings for Loki." Nat replied, "All I can say is that you have to do what you feel is right. Even if it means you have to hurt Clint's feelings. He will just have to accept that his "little" sister is a grown woman now." Alana asked Nat, "Do you think he will understand?" Nat replied, "Probably not BUT you can't let that stop you from doing what your heart tells you." Alana got quiet again.
