Weeks gone by, Zyla was off to school and Fatima was out with Tiffany shopping for an upcoming fitting.
Fatima loved her career, it was truly something she was passionate about and worked hard to be where she is now. A hater would say that she was only this successful because of her child's father but those close to her knew the real. Zachary has definitely asked for her expertise with a few of the artists he has signed, her style of work and how she transforms people with clothing was a gift. Anyone that was hot in the industry was most likely graced by Fatima's presence and if it wasn't for Fatima's restricted schedule, she would be booked from sun up to sun down. Now she has her main clients who she has contracts with and then opens her availability for anyone who can snag her before her book becomes full.
"I think I'm going to start taking Derek seriously" Tiffany says
"Oh really? I didn't see that coming." Fatima says sarcastically and they laughed
"I'm serious. It's just something about him that I wanna just oool!" Tiffany expressed
"Oh it's like that?" Fatima ask as she looked at a jacket while they browsed in the store.
"It's like that. But on a serious note, he's really a great person, he is so sweet and attentive. He claims he's just waiting on me but you know how niggas are" she said rolling her eyes back
"You think he got somebody?" Fatima ask
"He told me it's not and he tried to show me everything girl. Messages, DM and everything but I told him I'd just rather believe his word" Tiffany says
"You know damn well you wanted to check you just didn't want to do it right there" Fatima says
"I mean, no actually he's just seems really honest so I believe him. I just feel like I can trust him. Tiffany said truthfully "He's taking me to dinner tonight so we'll see how it ends" she adds
"Girl you know how it's going to end" Fatima says
"Yeahhhhh you're right" Tiffany says laughing
"So Deandre?" Tiffany ask
"What about him?" Fatima ask
"Next man? Baby daddy? Or just-
"Just a sometime thing. We both get what it is" Fatima says "Absolutely not a next baby daddy. Zac is already enough to deal with when it comes to Zyla and just him with his own bullshit" Fatima says
"Well atleast next man?" Tiffany ask
"I'm actually enjoying being single and Zyla would kill me if I bring a baby in that house" Fatima says and they both laugh
"It's Zyla's world" Tiffany says
"It is. So definitely no baby and I'm good on a new man."
"That's because you waiting on Zachary to act right" Tiffany says
"You sound just like my sister and whatever drug she's on, you must be on too" Fatima says
"Ha! Then it's some truth" Tiffany says
"Hell no. My run with him is done. I rather just coparent with him, that's a task in itself. That's a relationship we're still trying to figure out, but we can't even be in the same room for an hour before we're ready to curse eachother out" Fatima explained
"You know what that is" Tiffany says smirking
"I swear this is why I keep you and Shay separated because yall aren't going to get on my nerves about that" Fatima says
"I was talking to her yesterday, she's crazy" Tiffany says "But I get it, no Zachary right now" Tiffany snuck in
"You done spoke him up" Fatima says with her phone ringing with Zac call
