The monstrous ice and crystal arrive, and continue to unleash a cold wind as it approaches the group.
"Such incredible power. Is this the Crystal Titan?!" Jamil asks, shocked.
Shocked as Jamil, Jasper says, "It's huge!"
Suddenly, the Titan screams, "WHERE IS JUPITER?! I SHALL FREEZE THEEEM!"
"Tch... This is turning into a battle of attrition. Fall back and regroup!" Leona says. And casts his magic, "KING'S ROAR!"
And casts his magic. With that, the Titan's ice begins to turn to sand.
"That was amazing... All the ice turned to sand!" Jamil says, amazed.
"That's actually pretty cool," Jasper says.
"Hey. I don't blame you for being awestruck, but there's no time to stare in admiration. Come on!" Leona says.
"Yes, sir!" Jamil says.
Then turns to Jasper, "Come on, Jasper. We need to hurry."
"Alright," Jasper says.
The boys continue to hurry down the stairs as the Titan begins to chase after them. The three soon reach the Hanger and rush inside. Then Jamil closes the door and makes sure that it's locked.
"Okay, we made it to the hangar," Leons says, "Considering all the serious business that goes on here, I figured they'd have sturdier doors, but..."
Suddenly, they hear loud banging coming from the door as the titan screams, "COME OOOUUUT!"
At the same time, the door is starting to turn into ice.
"Oh great, it's already caught up to us," Jasper says.
"That big door's freezing over. It's only a matter of time before the Titan busts it open!" Jamil says.
"We don't stand a chance against that monster in a straight fight," Leona says, "I'll hold the door. Find the Thunder Spear and report back to me! We'll need it to beat that thing!"
"Yes, sir!" Jamil and Jasper reply.
Leona soon begins to hold the door while Jamil and Jasper begin to search for the Thunder Spear.
"Rack-B16..." Jamil says, and soon finds the hatch, "There, that must be it!"
Soon, the compartment opens to reveal the Thunder Spear.
"You call this a spear?! It's bigger than I am!" Jamin says, shocked.
"How are we supposed to usee this thing to stop the Titan?" Jasper asks.
Suddenly, Jamil remembers, "Wait, they said the navi system would tell us how to use it if we got it working. I'll just insert the activation key like so..."
Jamil inserts the key into the slot and the spear begins to activate.
Navi says, "Code: Titanomachia. Critical outbreak of level A emergency recognized. All technomantic circuits released. Charge level at 100%. Activating Thunder Spear. Please register user's fingerprints.. Place your hand on the panel."
"Okay, hand on the panel..." Jamil says and about to place his hand on the scanner, but, "Wait, wait. I shouldn't register myself... I'd never be able to control the massive amount of magic surging from this spear!"
But the Navi says, "Please register user's fingerprints. Place your hand on the panel. Please register user's fingerprints."
"Argh! I better get Leona!" Jasper says, frustrated and rushes to find Leona.
"Seriously," Jasper mutters, and follows from behind.
Back at the door, the Titian continues to freeze the door, and tries to break in.
The Titan screams, "FREEZE! FREEZE IT ALL! URGHAAA!"
"Someone got up on the wrong side of the bed. Quit your grumblin' already!" Leona says, annoyed.
Jamil says, "Leona! We found the Thunder Spear!"
'About time you got back," Leona says. "Let's get the spear. Lead the way. I got you covered, so just keep running and don't look back."
"Yes, sir!" Jamil says.
Then the two hurry back.
"That glowing thing is the Thunder Spear!" Jamil says.
Just then, the navi says, "Please register user's fingerprints. Please register user's fingerprints."
"Heh. Looks like this time a certain good boy managed to keep his hand outta the cookie jar," Leona mocks.
"... Yes. You told me to find it and report back," Jamil says.
"Good," Leona says.
The Navi says, "Please register user's fingerprints. Please register user's fingerprints."
"Yeah, yeah, I hear ya. You don't gotta squawk like a hornbill," Leona says, "I just gotta touch the panel, right?"
Leona then places his hand on the scanner, and it helps activate the machine.
"User registration complete. Safety lock released. Activating targeting support mode," Navi says.
"Geez, talk about powerful..." Leona says, holding the Thunder Spear, "Not to mention heavy. I can barely hold it up. Why'd they gotta make this thing so much work? Don't tell me the Styx guys can just swing this around like it's nothin'?" and it shows that Leona is also struggling with it.
Jamil says in thought, "No way... Even Leona's struggling? If I'd registered myself..."
Suddenly, the Titan screams, "RAAAGH! WHERE ARE YOOOUUU?!"
"Sounds like it caught up," Leona says.
Then says, "Okay, listen up. We're gonna take that monster down a peg. It's gonna take me a minute to get the hang of this thing. Buy me some time 'til I get it all aimed up."
"Yes, sir!" Jamil says.
"Sure," Jasper says.
Jasper then brings out the magepen, "Since that thing can shoot ice, let's see if some fire will do the trick."
Jasper then casts the magic of fire, and it hits the titan, but it doesn't seem to do too much damage.
"It appears that you need more fire power," Jamil says, and casts his fire magic.
Leona struggles to lift the Thunder Spear with his magic. Jasper and Jamil struggle to keep the Crystal Titan at bay, despite having not much effect, their fire magic seems to be working on it. Finally, Leona is able to aim the Thunder Spear at its position.
Leona aims the spear and says, "I don't appreciate... all the extra work!" and fire the Thunder Spear at the Titan with full force.
