The gang arrives at another containment facility, Briar and the others walk inside. When they arrive, they notice the place is even colder, and quiet.

"It's so quiet...and much colder than the last facility," Vil says.

"It's colder than the upper floor," Briar says.

"Perhaps the Phantoms here are still frozen," Rook says.

"Let's see if the ID card we got works on this door!" Epel says.

Briar then tries to use the ID Card, but it's declined.

"...Guess not," Epel replies, dejected, "Looks like we'll need another card to get through here."

Suddenly, they hear a familiar voice, "Whew, made it..." and Ortho's hologram appears in the room.

"Ah, there you are, Ortho," Vil says.

"Did I keep you waiting? Sorry, things are a little hectic right now," Ortho says. "I'll post an NPC guide for you at the entrance next time.

Epel grows irritated, "Grr... You just keep messing with us! Come out here and fight fair and square!"

"I'd love to, but it's gonna be a little longer before I can make it out there," Ortho says,

"My, you sound rather overwhelmed. If all this scheming is too much for you, we'd be happy to lend a hand," Vil says.

Ortho giggles, "Heh heh heh." Then says, "Anyway, here's the overview of your mission this time. I call it, 'A friend in need is a friend indeed'!"

"A friend, you say?" Rook questions, "I'm fairly certain it's just us and the Phantoms in here."

"Are you suuure? Listen closely," Ortho says, giving off a malicious expression.

Concern, Briar asks, "Uh Ortho, what exactly did you do?"

"Listen carefully and find out," Ortho says.

Everyone remains quiet.

But they suddenly hear a voice, "...p me... Help meee..." a woman's voice.

Everyone gasps in shock to hear it.

"Somebody's calling for help!" Sereia says, shocked.

"Ortho, did you do what I think you did?" Briar asks, stunned.

Ortho answers, "There's a researcher with an ID card trapped in one of these cages. Now, the temperature in those cages isn't exactly human-friendly. So you might wanna get her out before she turns into a popsicle. Heh heh heh!"

"You're not serious!" Vil exclaims in shock.

"Yup!" Ortho happily answers, "Rescuing people is part of the whole hero deal. Best of luck to you!"

And soon the hologram disappears in a blink of an eye. The group can see the situation has become serious.

Epel calls out, "Ma'am! Could you please speak up so we can find you?!"

The researcher calls out, "Right here... Someone...."

Suddenly they hear a loud roaring sound.

"All the cages around us are making a racket!" Epel says, shocked.

"How troublesome. The Phantoms must be getting agitated now that they're aware of our presence," Vil says.

"The cage walls are quite thick. If we can hear the researcher, she must be nearby," Rook says.

"We gotta find her ASAP," Epel says.

"Yeah. Before she turns into a human popsicle, and before anymore Phantoms comes out," Sereia says.

"Then let's get started right away," Briar says.
