At Sector 12 of Tower 3, Riddle, Tanzanite, and Azul are now in charge of trying to stall Idia and Ortho.

"Did you seriously volunteer us for the most dangerous assignment without even discussing compensation?" Azul asks, shocked. "Our Thunder Spear isn't even fully charged!"

"Heh. You can fuss all you want, but you know as well as I that this is the best plan," Riddle says.

"As much as I'm worried about this. It seems like the best chance we got," Tanzanite says.

"Yes, yes," Azul says, frustrated, "After all, on the off-chance we screw this up, they'll all whip up another plan in no time.

"There you go," Riddle says, "Okay, Azul, you drive. Tanzanite, help steady and aim the Spear. I'll shoot. Let's get in the Chariot."

But Azul quickly says, "Wait, hold on. You want ME to drive?!"

"Well, I don't have a driver's license. Then again, this IS private property. Maybe I don't have to worry about that," Riddle says.

"Neither have I. Plus, I'm short so I don't think I can reach," Tanzanite says.

"I don't have one either, you know! I can barely ride a broom as it is," Azul says, clearly against it. "And you expect me to drive a vehicle I've never even SEEN before? I can only indulge your unreasonable demands for so long!"

But they hear the Styx member say, "Don't worry! Chariots are technomantic vehicles, they're not like brooms at all. All you have to do is turn the steering wheel. It balances itself. It'd take a lot to make one flip over. It's just like a blastcycle! Now hurry!"

But Azul says, "I'm a merman, remember?! Blastcycles are even more foreign to me than brooms!"

"Hmm... In hindsight, I should've taken driving lessons and gotten a technomantic vehicle license," Riddle says.

"This is no time for reflection!" Azul says.

Suddenly, they hear loud thumping sounds.

"Uh what's going on?" Tanzanite asks.

Riddle soon notices and is shocked, "Ack! Ortho's climbing up the wall. He's just about here!"

"Oh, for..." Azul says, frustrated, "Fine! Whatever! Just hold on tight and try not to fall off!"

"Right! We got this, Azul! Tanzanite!" Riddle says.

Everyone hurries and climbs into the chariot. Azul grabs the steering wheel and drives while Riddle and Tanzanite use their magic to get the Thunder Spear ready.

Down below, Idia and Ortho notice the chariot flying down towards them.

Idia cackles, "Whee hee... Looks like stage one is a ranged DPS and healer combo. C'mon, Ortho! Let's get out there and CUT LOOSE!

Soon, the chariot is flying down reaching to where the two brothers are. The three soon jump down and are ready to fight.

Idia says, "Let's show 'em what we really got."

"We're gonna kick your butts!" Ortho says.

Tanzanite narrows his eyes and says, "More like the other way around."

Then Riddle says, "Now! We'll stop Ortho in his tracks with the Thunder Spear!

"But we don't have enough energy for that, do we?!" Azul asks.

Soon the navi says, "Charge level at 30%" answering Azul's question. "Firepower may not be sufficient.

"What are we going to do?" Tanzanite asks.

"In that case... Our magic will have to make up the rest!" Riddle says.

Azul and Tanzanite are shocked.

"That's absurd!" Azul exclaims.

"That seems very dangerous!" Tanzanite adds.

"Did the manual say we couldn't use other power sources? No, it did not!" Riddle says.

He then charges the Thunder Spear with his own magic, "Let's do this!"

"Alright!" Tanzanite says, and changes up his own magic, "Let's go!"

Azul sighs, "... Very well."

Then does the same, "Here I go, Riddle!"

With all three magic combined, it's enough to charge up the Thunder Spear and it is soon ready to fire.
