Soon, the three walk into the containment facility and suspect Ortho to make an appearance.
Riddle calls out, "Ortho, I know you're in here. Come on out and let's get this over with!"
However, Ortho is not answering.
"...He's not answering," Azul says.
"Maybe he's not here," Tanzanite says.
That makes Riddle angry, "Oh, so now he's ignoring us? Does his mockery know no bounds?!"
"Calm down, Riddle. There's no need to get upset," Tanzanite says.
Suddenly, they hear a strange sound. They turn to one of the cages.
Riddle notices, "Hey, there's someone hiding behind that cage." and calls out, "Show yourself, or it's off with your head!"
Someone then lets out a yelp, "Eep!" then the person comes out from behind the cage, "I'm just a researcher. I mean you no harm! Please don't take my head!"
"Ah, pardon us!" Azul says, "Let me guess: Ortho captured you and brought you here?"
Yeah. I was trying to escape, but some small beast Phantom swiped my ID card," The researcher says.
"A small beast?" Riddle questions, suspecting on what the creature could be.
Then Tanzanite asks, "The small creature you saw, was it gray, furry with blue flames coming out of its ears, and a pitchfork-like tail?"
"I'm not sure, it was moving too fast. All I know is that it had sharp teeth. Check out my clothes. It bit into my jacket and tried to drag me down. Tore it to bits!" The researcher answers.
The boys look at the researcher and his clothes are kind of torn.
"Gracious. It looks like a great white shark went to town on it. You're lucky it only got your jacket," Azul comments.
That causes the researcher to yelp, "Eep..."
"Don't scare the man, Azul," Riddle says.
Then says, "So, it was a tiny beast with sharp teeth. That could've been Grim."
"It's possible," Azul says.
He then asks the researcher, "Sir, where is the Phantom now?"
"I don't know. If I had to guess, it's probably hiding in one of the cages..." the researcher answers.
"Well, we can't move forward without that card. We'll have to search the cages one by one," Azul says.
"And if it's Grim, we'll have to capture him and bring him with us," Riddle says.
"I have to agree. And we'll have to subdue him, especially in the stage he's in," Tanzanite says.
"Then let's go," Riddle says.
