"You catch all that?" Leona asks.
"Yeah. I suspect another reason Riddle passed out is because he exhausted his magic using the Thunder Spear," Jamil says.
"Meanwhile, that cephalo-punk kept a little power back even when firing off their last blast. What a tightwad," Leona says.
"And it seems Tanzanite is able to save a little energy as well," Jasper says.
"...Though in this case, it was the right call," Leona says. "If they hadn't done that... him, the ginger brat, and the dwarf would probably be plungin" headfirst into the Underworld."
"I mean, this is Azul we're talking about," Jamil says. He probably knew Riddle would exhaust his reserves the moment they decided to stay down there. Riddle may be the top of our class, but he's also a notorious live wire. There's no stopping him once he's set off."
"Tanzanite also suspects it and wants to make sure he saves enough energy to help the others. So it's suspected to him to take this with some caution and a backup," Jasper says.
"That said..." Leona says, "They bought us enough time. I was able to sand most of the minions in the area. Now we can focus on the big guy."
"The staff that were here have gone to the emergency hatch in sector one," Jamil says. "But I'm wondering how smart it was for everyone to just leave this place."
Then Leona says, "They were goin' at a snail's pace. No way they would've shut the hatch before Idia and Ortho got here. If the goal is to stop 'em from getting out of Tartarus... Then it makes no difference which sector we do it in. Not to mention, it's a lot harder to use King's Roar with all those slowpokes gettin' in the way."
Suddenly, they hear thumping noises.
Jasper looks down and shouts, "Guys, look down there!"
Jamil and Leona look down and see Ortho is climbing up the tower again.
"Ortho's started climbing again!" Jamil says, shocked, "If this fight drags on too long, all our life will get drained. The key here will be knowing when to retreat."
"Hah. You're thinkin' about retreating before the fight's even started," Leona says in remark, "That's why you're a jack of all trades, but master of none."
Jamil and Jasper are kind of stunned to hear it.
Then Leona says, Lions give their all even when they're hunting rabbits. We're gonna turn their dreams to sand right here, right now."
"...Yes, sir!" Jamil says.
"Yeah! Let's get 'em!" Jasper says.
Still making their way up the tower, Ortho continues to climb up with Idia close by.
"Huh. This time we've got a tank and melee DPS combo," India says, "Still no match for us, of course. We've got attack and regen buffs going off at every turn. Whee hee hee!"
Jamil, Leona, and Jasper hop on the chariot and are ready to fight back.
"This one's for all the marbles, Ortho," Idia says.
"Right," Ortho says, "Let's give it our best and knock 'em into next week!"
Jasper shouts, "You'll be knocked into next Tuesday once we're done with you!"
"Tch, guess this is it," Leona says.
Then Leona holds the Thunder Spear with his magic, "We'll have to use the Thunder Spear." Then turns to the others, "Hey, gimme a hand, will ya? Give the spear all the power you've got!" and begin to channel his magic into the Spear
"Understood! Here goes!" Jamil says, and does the same.
"On it! Let's go!" Jasper says, and does the same method.
The three then channel their magic into the Thunder Spear, giving it full power.
