1. Last Frame of A Lifetime

It's quite funny how happiness can easily come and go.

One day you're the happiest person in the world, the next one you just find yourself back to point one of your existence where you don't really know how and mostly why you did get another door slammed at your face.

"Dan Heng, will you join us? I can't wait to check the new games in the arcade!" one of the college students, who was sharing with Dan Heng tons of courses, was trying to get him in one of his hangouts that he didn't want to be part of

Not that he wasn't interested, but he had already his plans.

"Sorry, I am busy this afternoon" Dan Heng said with a little smile as he was just focus on fixing his glasses to then check if everything was back in place inside his bag full of books about digital art and photography.

"Indeed, he's busy with me"

"Of course! The inseparable duo, Yinxing and Dan Heng" commented one of the college students, laughing at the sight of Yinxing, his best friend, walking out the building where Dan Heng was waiting for him

He was definitely taller than Dan Heng, wearing his white shirt, black pants and leather jacket while his black hair with red tips were short, covering a little his earring he would wear only on the left ear. He would look like the typical rock band guy on the outside, but tons of people were into him because he was a good and active person, everyone loved his energy.

On the other side, Dan Heng was kinda the opposite of his way to be. He was pretty much not into many social activities. He was more into art, music and photography than people and their events. Not like he was antisocial, but he had different priorities for sure. His life was pretty happy and balanced between little time with friends, most of hangouts with his best friend and good grades in college.

The reason why Yinxing was on his side most of the times was because they knew each others since high school and never got separated.

Yinxing looked at Dan Heng with his red eyes and he tilted his head confused "So? Have you done everything? Can we go?" he asked as he was walking next to Dan Heng towards his motorbike.

"I was waiting for you, of course we can go" he replied making Yinxing sigh

"The group project took longer than expected, I thought you were also in your photography course still, sorry!" he smiled innocently to then take the safety helmet and put it on his friend, who looked at him annoyed "C'mon, don't give me that face" he smiled as he left a little pat on the nose

"Yeah yeah, fine, but it's your treat today" Dan Heng smiled as he sat on the motorbike, waiting for Yinxing to wear his safety helmet.

"What?!" he said with his red eyes upened up "Seriously, you always take whatever bullshit to make me pay everything at our hangouts" he rolled his eyes and Dan Heng laughed

"You're older than me, it's the least you can do" he teased to then look at Yinxing showing off a puzzled stare "Thank youuu" he said with a sweet voice

"Ah seriously" Yinxing laughed "Only one year and you definitely look older than me" he sat on the motorbike, facing still his best friend, and leant closer "I think you're an old man in disguise sometimes"

"Me? What you mean?!" Dan Heng pout annoyed to then push Yinxing's face away as he was smirking at his own tease

"Ooooh, we look so nervous today, don't we?" he teased to then smile at him and pat him "You know I can't help but teasing you"

"You're so annoying" Dan Heng commented to then smile and pinch his cheeks "Let's go, I am hungry"

"Fine fine, at your service, my lord" he bowed a little his head and Dan Heng smiled to then wrap his arms around his waist as he started to drive.
