"MY BAAACK" Dan Heng cried out loud, as he stand up with the help of Yukimura, who smiled gently, feeling happy he was holding his hand once again "Thank you Yukimura" Dan Heng smiled and the shinobi looked away feeling embarassed for a moment.
"Damn, we actually got in the forest near the city" Toyo laughed a little in disbelief to then stretch "Your Highness, are you alright?" he asked as Blade was looking at the night sky, in disbelief he actually got back to his city with Dan Heng.
"I am fine. Toyo, Ryu, Yukimura, patrol the whole path and get to the manor. Tell the maids to prepare a warm bath. If me and the Imbibitor get to the manor and it's not ready, I will punish them" his eyes for a moment glowed out of madness like he was actually back to be his usual self. Yukimura, Ryu and Toyo bowed under Dan Heng's puzzled stare
"Yes, your Highness" they said to then run fast, while Ryu was crying inside, because he still was on training and definitely not on the same level as the two shinobi.
"Ahw, you doing great Ryu! I can't wait to see you fighting with a katana!" Dan Heng cheered him and the man rolled his eyes, trying to catch up with the two masters.
Dan Heng didn't know many things, one of these was that Ryu trained hard every day, in order to get as soon as possible the proof Blade wanted to keep him close to him. He really was giving his best just to stay once again close to Dan Heng.
It was kinda hilarious, Dan Heng, just like in the other world, didn't know many people actually loved him a lot.
"They grow up so fast" he did imitate a meme, to then look at Blade "You did such a great job, Ryu definitely looks better in shinobi clothes. Looks cooler like a K-pop idol in his baddie era you know" he explained to then cry inside "Fuuck, I wanted to attend to one of their concert at least" his eyes became wide, feeling his hands trembling "SHIT, THIS IS THE WORST, I WANT TO DIE... AGAIN" he cried out and Blade tilted his head confused to then laugh a little.
"I missed even your random blubbering" he teased him and Dan Heng rolled his eyes to then cross his arms embarassed.
"Anyway..." he coughed "I have never been in this forest, are we going to be soon in the city?" he asked and Blade looked at him, to then lay the hand on his waist and grab his wrist gently.
"Are you perhaps scared?"
Dan Heng moved a little, making his tail almost hit Blade's knee, but the Prince managed to dodge, seeing the Imbibitor clapping happily and moving a little forward.
"Are you kidding me?" Dan Heng turned a little, looking at Blade, who stroke his own long blakc hair, keeping a little amused smirk "We're far away from Haru, I am back to you all, no way I can be scared, like broo, I feel like we're camping" he said excited to then flinch as he heard weird sounds coming from some bushes.
He hugged Blade, who wrapped the arms around him with a calm smile "I see you're pretty tough, indeed" the Prince teased and Dan Heng rolled his eyes, getting a hold of himself and push Blade
"In my defense! I react this way because I can't run with these garments! It's your fault so I will use you as shield" he explained with an obvious tone, making Blade cross the arms amused by reply.
"Fret not" Blade held his hand "It's my duty to keep you safe anyway" he tilted his head a little "I want to enjoy a little more the fact you're dressed like this"
Dan Heng looked at him and punched a little his chest "Damn it! You're having fun, aren't you? My tail feels so heavy, and I am tired, do you know how much mana I gave? I don't even know what would happen if I messed up" he cried out and Blade laughed a little, holding him tighter
