28. Betrayal

"I am hungry!" Dan Heng complaint and Blade rolled his eyes annoyed, looking outside the carriage, trying to ignore his complaint "You didn't even let me have breakfast with your father, my stomach is literally begging for food and how long have we been travelling already? Arrgh, I want food" he smiled at his own thoughts "Fried chicken, oh, maybe a warm miso soup, but I am not sure..." he then cried out "I am hungry! Do you see me? I am starving!"

Blade closed his eyes, trying not to lose his composure "Are you done? As soon as the sun goes out the convoy will stop and we will eat" he smirked amused as Dan Heng opened up his eyes

"BRO BUT IT'S MORNING?!" he shouted "Blade, c'mon! Aren't you hungry as well?"

"I am, but I do not complain." he said with an obvious tone to then lean towards him "You distract me a lot, I'd rather do something with you than eating"

Dan Heng pushed his face away "What about, eating with me? Easy both" he crossed his arms "I am hungry... I won't let you kiss me till I have something to eat...Actually..." he turned and showed Blade his back "I won't talk to you till I get something to eat."

Blade looked at Dan Heng to then laugh and wrap the arms around his waist, to pull him on his lap and hug him from behind on the carriage seat. He moved a little Dan Heng's tail, making him flinch embarassed "No!" he said with a grumpy stare trying to free himself.

"Dan Heng, I am the Prince. Even if I do have a spot for you I am still in charg..." his eyes glowed of madness as Dan Heng moved a little and hit his shoulder with the elbow "Stop it."

Dan Heng ignored him and tried to free himself, Blade kept him close and laid the chin on his shoulder, biting his pointy ear, making him freeze in place "Are you really saying you won't talk to me? At all?" he asked and Dan Heng did bite his own lips, he crossed his arms and ignored his stare "Do you know that this is just a win for me, right?" the prince laughed a little and kissed his neck "After all, you always speak so much when you could use that time for other activities, it's like you're giving me the freedom to do as I please finally"

Dan Heng turned a little and killed him with his stare "Food." he said and Blade leant on his lips, but the Imbibitor dodged it, making him sigh annoyed "Nothing till I get my food." he repeated with a grumpy stare and Blade gnashed his teeth.

Dan Heng opened up his eyes as in no time he heard the convoy stop. He turned and noticed Blade who simply showed his hand out of the carriage window giving a simple signal. He smiled wider as the door was open by Ryu and Yukimura.

"Your Highness?" they bowed and Blade kept his eyes closed, looking a little annoyed, but he could feel Dan Heng's stare.

"It appears the Imbibitor hasn't lost the appetite even though he has seen the Holy Priest trying to get him in his chambers" he spoke and Dan Heng opened up his eyes as Yukimura and Ryo has no idea how to feel after that phrase "We will stop." his red eyes looked at the two "Prepare a seat for me and the Imbibitor, food. Feel free to tell the rest of the convoy to refresh themselves."

Yukimura looked at Dan Heng who smiled proudly, like a winner to then bow "Yes your Highness"

They closed the carriage door and Dan Heng smiled at Blade, who took care of a strand of hair of him that got out of the hairclip "Happy?" he asked ironically and Dan Heng smiled.

He leant and kissed Blade, making him open up his eyes "See?" Dan Heng said with an obvious tone "Isn't it nice to keep me in a good mood? Give your lover food and you will get anything back" he said to then cough a little, seeing Blade not reacting was making him feel uncomfortable.

"Lover?" Blade did repeat and Dan Heng started to stutter embarassed as he felt the Prince's arms around his waist to force him to sit on his lap "Did you just call yourself my lover?"
