Plot

Dan Heng and Yinxing were best friends.

They were inseparable.

"Hey... Hey!" Yinxing sighed as he kept pushing a little the boba tea he bought for the little one "Wake up" 

"Hmm..." Dan Heng opened a little his eyes to then notice he fell asleep as he was writing an article for the college on his laptop. Yinxing laughed and sat next to him, pointing at the boba tea he bought for him

"You're working too hard" he said as he noticed Dan Heng fixing his own glasses to then smile a little seeing his favorite drink "I bet your forehead will look more charming with the whole keyboard printed on it" Yinxing said as a tease with smirk.

"Funny" Dan Heng said ironically "Thank you" he yawned to then look annoyed at him taking a picture of him with his smartphone "Stop that"

"Why? I have a full archieve or our stupid pictures, this one where you yawn is so cute, I will photoshop a pink ribbon on your hair" Yinxing laughed hard at Dan Heng's mad stare

"You surely have lots of free time" Dan Heng said to then sigh and check the article he wrote.

"C'mon, give me, I will finish it, you enjoy your break" Yinxing took the laptop and let it slide to his side of the table

"Are you sure? If you put weird images on it, I will seriously block you on every social" Dan Heng did threat him, making his friend burst into laughing 

"C'mon, I have done that only one time, and your pictures were cute, weren't them?" he teased to then see Dan Heng showing the middle finger as he was enjoying the drink 

Living the college life with someone you trust, a partner in crime to enjoy the little free time between classes and in the afternoon is surely a lovely side of the student life everyone should experience.

"Stop it!" Dan Heng's laughs made some people inside the movie theatre look badly at the two "Seriously, we're making everyone staring, Yinxing!"

"So what?" Yinxing looked at Dan Heng with a weird face just to make him laugh more

"It should be a scary movie" Dan Heng sighed heavily and Yinxing smiled at him "Thank you, honestly... I should say fuck you"

"Why?!" he tilted his head and Dan Heng crossed his arms

"You had the trash idea to come here to watch this horror movie"

"Fine fine, I can't help but liking your expressions, but then I felt bad and had to do something to make you laugh"

"I fucking hate you"

"You love me, Dan Heng!" he stroke his hair and the guy sighed annoyed to then laugh a little, feeling always something like a connection with him. He couldn't really be mad at him, they simply had a dynamic and lovely friendship.

But Dan Heng couldn't expect that to change... to turn into a tragedy.

And he surely couldn't also expect that tragedy would have got him too.

From a normal student life, Dan Heng in a glance finds himself in the body of an half dragon, known in that world as the Holy Healer, exactly when the sanctuary is surrounded by the soldiers of one of the Emperor's Princes.

Between the confusion, the sight of magic around him, the ancient world filling his eyes with new views...Him running for his life...

Was it really possible to meet again that familiar face?

Was it reality or an illusion?

And why... this time, the person who was his best friend, wanted him dead in this new world?

You got nowhere to run, Dan Heng.
