[[A/N: Hiatus]]

Hello, everyone!

I'm so, so sorry it took me so long to get back to this story, especially on the note I left things on. I know I promised no hiatus, but when trying to write Act 3, I realized I was having some major difficulties with the plotlines I had set up in Act 1 and Act 2. I really want to go back and rewrite this whole story- clean it up and present you all with something more streamlined, more organized. I've been writing this whole thing freestyle so far, so having an actual plotline in mind now will be helpful. I can actually foreshadow things, imagine that, ha!

Also...

I'm in college now!!!!!

In the time since I last updated this fic I:

a) was promoted to a manager at my job, and worked very very hard for a few months!

b) broke up with my wonderful girlfriend. She is amazing, and I miss her, but it was for the best for both of us.

c) quit my job and started college!!! I'm a human services major for now, although I'm considering switching things up from here. But I took a gap year out of high school before this, and it's nice to actually be back on track with life things.

I appreciate your patience, everyone. It may take me some time to clean everything up, since life on its own has been very, very busy, but I want you to know that this story is very, very important to me. This has been such a special experience, and I want to make it better than ever. Give me a chance to make something real for you all. Something truly worth reading.

So, for now, pretend we ended on Act 2 for me, will you? If you guys want, I can finish off the chapter I was in the middle of writing and post that, too, but I'm not too pleased with it right now and I don't plan on writing past it until I'm satisfied with the whole story. Consider it non-canon fluff, if you want it at all.

I also want to put out the option of suggesting any one-shots that might interest you! I make no promises here- I've learned my lesson- but since my writing block is coming from the set up to this story, I think I'd have fun writing something more casual. So you're welcome to offer any theories, situations, fluff, angst, whatever you'd want to see from the characters in the story so far, and maybe I'll make a for-fun chapter about it to tide you all over! Or anyone else from Deltarune, actually- would be fun writing exercise, and maybe get me back into the swing of things!
