A/N: Oh my god..... I had a wonderful dream, dude! First thing, it was a backyardigans reference where I was with a band and there's this enemy. Turns out that the enmy was a fan of us and it made the room grow cold. Someone decided to give her a chance when in fact, they tricked her! I kinda felt bad about it though.... anyway, I also dreamt about Jackson! Back in like 2016 with the blonde hair! It was during the hard carry era and we were in the set of the MV set!

He was still so fucking dreamy and I lost one of of my friends about who gets to go first. I was a bit mad, but I still got my chance. He still got the looks, I swear....

Anyway, I think there's something else, but I can't remember it. So let's get started!

From the very first moment I met Joshua, my heart had been happy, filled with excitement and joy for the future.

Yet my head was clouded, fearful, uncertain of whether I could ever truly find myself happy and in love, not just with him, but with anyone.

I'd slowly tried to convince myself to allow your mind to open up to love, and to him. I loved being around him, but there always felt like there was something holding me back.

There were too many times when I closed off, and pushed him away, and yet each time he'd try and open me back up and pull his way back in. He never let go, never cut those ties, even though he could tell that I was terrified.

Each time he felt me slipping away, he picked you back up and brought you back in.

If there was one person who could understand the way I felt, it was him. If there was one person who wouldn't give up so easily on me, then it was definitely Joshua.

As I sat to dinner that night, it didn't take long for Joshua to yet again pick up on my nervous habits, how I'd eat slowly, stare down to the floor a lot, and barely respond to him with more than a few words before my head told me to stop. They were all things he'd reluctantly gotten used to, but desperately wanted to say goodbye to.

"Is the food like you wanted?" He asked, beginning to sense that there was a little more than just anxiousness wrong with how I behaved.

He was used to watching me eat slowly, but tonight more than ever, I was making sure to take your time. For a few days, my head and your heart had been feeling strongly, with doubt creeping in from both sides over what I was doing.

"The food is good, you picked a good menu," I mused in response to him, forcing a smile.

His head shook in slight disbelief at my reply. He'd picked the menu on purpose, because he knew it was one that I'd mentioned to him that I didn't like before. He knew I'd force it down, because I didn't want to upset him, however unappealing it was.
