A/N: Now I have some news for all of you, but of course, we have a story so let's get started with that!

Seungwoo had gone from being the worst option, to being the only one.

It was all Seungsik's fault, since 'something had come up' and he cancelled on me, offering that Seungwoo took his place.

It didn't make me happy, but you'd told yourself that going with Seungwoo couldn't be nearly as bad as going to a wedding all by myself, at least it would save me form all the 'you're still alone!' exclamations and questionings. The worst part, probably was that Seungwoo wouldn't let me live with it for a while, or maybe forever, since my relationship with him was a bit complicated.

Seungwoo was Seungsik's roommate apart from one of his best friends, and leaving aside the pang of jealousy you felt every time I visited and they were full of their inside jokes, I couldn't even count how many girls I'd seen strode down the hall from Seungwoo's room and out of the apartment, smiling at the promise of him calling them soon only to never be seen again, or in the even worse case, having them show up a couple weeks after, heartbroken and humilliated, calling you and Seungsik names for hanging out with a monster like Han Seungwoo. I had called him out on that about a hundred times before, saying that the least he could do was not make promises to them or maybe even better, stop sleeping around until he got his shit together.

Now, all dressed up for the wedding waiting for Seungwoo to come out of his room, you were hoping he didn't remember all of that or tried to get his payback for it. I hated Seungsik in that moment as much as I hated my own cowardice for refusing to show up alone.

"We're gonna be late" I called as loud as I could to be heard from the living room down to the rooms.

"You don't have to yell at me" Seungwoo replied from behind me, raising an eyebrow before gesturing to his attire: An tight dark blue suit, white shirt and a blue tie, the same shade as the dress you were wearing.

"Is that Seungsik's?" I questioned, pointing at the tie.

"No, I can actually buy my own ties, thank you"

Without a reply, I got up from the couch smoothing the skirt of the dress, I gestured towards the door, waiting for him to lead the way. "Thank you for doing this, Seungwoo" I whispered as you followed him to the car, biting your inner cheek, he was doing you a favor and although it was surely because Seungsik had asked him to, you still had to show gratitude towards me.

"You can thank me when the night is over" he half laughed, opening the door of the car for me, a tiny smirk on his lips that made me even more anxious than I already was.

The thought of it not being a good idea hit me a little late. It would have been easier to tell Seungsik what this was really about and ask him to lie just a little for my sake, but Seungwoo wasn't stupid and he knew exactly what the matter was when the first two people approached you: A couple of my old classmates, both holding hands with their respective partners.
