Asexual affairs - ASTRO Sanha

A/N: I wish I have some time to explain my dream to you, but we're running short on time so let's get started!

There was no particular reason why I was watching the second last movie of the Twilight saga; maybe it was just a movie that I had grabbed first, I didn't really know. Sanha had called me earlier that evening that he had to pass the movie date night I had planned for that evening. He told you it was one of his friends' birthday and that he would feel bad if he missed the party. It didn't really bother me too much, he hadn't spent time with his friends in a long time so I had told him that it was totally fine. In fact, it was kind of nice to get some time for myself. For the past month or so you had been hanging out with either my friends or Sanha pretty much every day so I hadn't had much time to be alone. Now, though, I had the whole evening for myself.

I was quite disinterested in the movie that was playing on the TV, you had seen it before so I already knew the beginning of the movie wasn't exactly filled with action. So, I was on my phone, doing whatever, and occasionally glanced at the TV screen.

That's cute, I thought when the wedding ceremony scene was on. Still, it didn't take me very long before I returned to looking at my phone.

(How are you spending your evening?) you got a text from Sanha.

(Watching Breaking Dawn part 1) I texted back.

(That's an interesting choice...) he texted almost immediately.

(I just felt like watching it)

(You're texting with me now though)

I smiled a little. (Good point)

(Well, anyways, I hope you have fun watching the movie)

(I will. But how about you? I thought you were supposed to be spending time with your friends, not texting me?)

(They keep telling me to put my phone away) I let out a chuckle reading his text.

(Then why aren't you?)

(I wanted to make sure you're still having a good time without me ;-;)

(I'm fine, really. Just enjoy the party, will you?)

(Okay... But just so you know, I can always leave a little earlier to see you for a bit~)

(I'll keep that in mind) I sent the text and put my phone down. The movie was entering the honeymoon part. I remembered that I felt somewhat awkward watching it when I watched the movie for the first time.

I wonder if Sanha ever thinks about stuff like that...

I was watching the movie but was wasn't really focusing on it. Sure, my eyes were on the screen but my mind was elsewhere.

I wonder if he thinks it's important...

I had never seen things like that as a key factor in a relationship. In fact, I wasn't even interested in things like making love or such. I was young and didn't really have the most experience with stuff like that but judging from how many of my friends talked about things like that, I was quite different. You identified yourself as an asexual and didn't really have a problem with it. That was just how you were and it's not like you could change myself. Besides, I didn't really see anything wrong with being asexual.

What if it's important to him... Will he think I'm weird?

Me and Sanha hadn't really talked about being intimate like that and hadn't done it either so I hadn't told him yet. We were both still young and we had been together for only three months so it hadn't been a very important topic between us two.
