Her eyebrows furrowed as Jiwoo walked out of the studio to pick up a call, her eyes glanced across to Matt who sat on the other side of the room, offering me a small smile. She could barely manage a smile back at him as she curled jerself into a ball on the sofa.
With Somin already out in a meeting, the two of them were the last ones in the studio. It was a situation she didn't find themselves in often, but when I did, it never tended to end very well.
"Do you want anything?" Matt suddenly spoke, taking her by surprise. Her head shook as he stood up from his seat to walk over to the fridge to grab himself a drink.
(A/N: Wow..... he looks amazing!)

"Aren't you supposed to live on protein shakes?"She quizzed as he pulled out a can of Coke. His head shook, letting go of a loud giggle.
He moved back across to take a seat, "this is a secret between you and me."
She watched on as he walked over to the large chair he was sat on before he stood, but instead he walked past it and made his way over to the two-seater sofa that she sat on. Instantly, her body tensed up as she felt his frame move closer to you, feeling the strong scent of his aftershave hit me straight away.
"The girls always tell me so many good things about you," he smiled, leaning against the back of the seat, "you're a really good friend to the two of them, that's exactly what they need right now."
"I just like to see what they get up to," she replied, staring down at the carpet. "But they tell me plenty about you too. She was terrified when she first met you, they made her sound so intimidating, but now she's beginning to see they were just trying to scare me."
"I'm probably one of the least intimidating guys you could ever meet," he chuckled, offering me a warm smile. "I don't know what they've been telling you, but it's probably not true. They liked to make me look like the bad guy in the group."
There was still plenty of tension between her and Matt as she got to know each other better. He was kind, always treated her with the utmost respect as a friend of his bandmates, but his large frame still often caused her cheeks to turn red and her body to tense up.
"They've never said a bad word about you if it makes you feel better," he added, watching her drift away into deep thought. "I was really excited to meet you because they made you sound so good."
Her eyes widened, if there were two people who would usually stitch me up, it was definitely the two of them. "That just makes me think I've done something wrong," she joked, shaking her head. "That doesn't sound like a thing either of them would do at all."
When he first met her, he definitely had high expectations thanks to Jiwoo and Somin. He never imagined someone could be as great as they described, but when he met her, those expectations he had were certainly lived up to.
"Is there something bad I should know about you then?" He asked.
"No, or at least I don't think there is."
"So, all the girls did was tell the truth. There's nothing wrong with that."
Her head nodded as he continued to stare across at me. Her hands tugged at the sleeves of her jumper as she tried to avoid his gaze, but his dark eyes always pulled her in, it was one of the biggest things she'd noticed about him when they first met.
"I think they're right in their assumptions too, you're really nice," he spoke, lowering the tone of his voice.
Instantly, a blush began to appear on her cheeks, "you're a bandmate of my friends, I have no choice but to be nice to you."
His head shook at my bluntness and the sudden confidence that appeared from her. She always liked to take him by surprise, keep him on his toes whenever he thought he had her in a place where he wanted her.
"I always thought we'd be good friends too," she admitted, "seeing as their assumptions about you were so true as well."
"I don't think you understand," he sighed, trying to meet her eyes. "I'm not trying to tell you that you're just a nice person, I'm trying to tell you that your nice. In a roundabout way I think this is my way of trying to tell you that I like you, as more than just a friend of two of my friends."
Her eyes widened, staring across at him in a slight moment of disbelief. "There's no way that you would like someone like me Matt. You don't have to say these things to try and make sure that I feel comfortable around you."
His head shook, "I'm not just saying it at all. I'd like to think you've always been comfortable around me, but I don't want to live comfortably, I want to take a few risks, and that's you."
"I'm not a risk," she pointed out with a wide smile, "or at least I don't think it's a risk, if I told you that I liked you too. I'd say that it's a pretty comfortable way of living for us both."
His smile dropped as he listened to her, covering his mouth with his hand. She nudged his bicep gently at his overreaction, watching as he moved his hand a few moments later to reveal a huge smirk on his face. Her head shook at him, feeling his eyes staring across in her direction yet again.
"I always noticed how shy you got around me," he teased, "but I just thought it was because you were a pretty quiet person. Now I'm beginning to think you got shy around me because you fancied me and didn't know what to do."
"You certainly come up with some nonsense sometimes to fill that ego of yours."
His smile continued to grow as he draped an arm around her. "Try and tell me that it's not true," he dared, but you remained silent. "See, there's nothing wrong with letting me know that you've always had a bit of a crush on me."
"I'm not commenting," she laughed, feeling the colour in your cheeks darken. "There was no way I could crush on you anyway, I wanted to be professional for my friends. You've just worn me down over time with all your stupid antics and jokes."
"You love my jokes; I always see you smiling in the corner."
Her head shook, but you and Matt both knew he was right. His sense of humour was one of the first things that drew her to him, but as she got to know him better, the list of qualities just got longer and longer.
"How about I prove to you just how much I know you love my jokes on a date sometimes," he smiled.
