A/N: I do remember that Stray Kids were there with me and I wish I can tell you more, but it's a little bit of a blur. Anyway, let's get started!!!!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------
The silence that came from hwe came as little surprise to the boys sat in the studio as you failed to reply to Jay.
(A/N: What a great pic!)
They couldn't blame her, if anything, they thought that she was doing the right thing as she walked around, pretending as if he wasn't in the room.
After what he had said to her earlier in the day, they weren't surprised to see her so upset, knowing that Jay had most definitely pushed things too far with her with the things that he said.
"What do I do?" Jay asked around the group as she left the room again to go and get yourself a coffee from the company café.
"Maybe you should just give her some time," Heeseung suggested, "are you really expecting Chaeyoung to just be fine about things.
Next to him, Jungwon spoke up too, "have you even apologised for what you said yet?"
Jay's head shook as the boys all groaned at him, resting his head in his hand. "I would apologise if Chaeyoung would talk to me, but saying sorry just to get no response seems a little pointless to do, don't you think?"
The boys couldn't believe what they were hearing from Jay, stunned that he struggled to see where he had gone wrong, or see what he could do to fix things too.
"You can't really think that you don't have to say sorry, right?"
Jay shrugged back at Riki, struggling to know what to think any longer. He never intended to upset her or muddle up his words, but he'd ended up digging himself a big hole that he needed to quickly get out of.
"Did she go and get a coffee?" Jay asked, having not quite paid attention to where you were going when she left without saying a word to anyone.
Jay went to stand up, but Jake stood in front of him before he moved. "Don't just rush down there and talk to Chaeyoung, it's obvious that she's upset right now so think about what you're saying," he instructed him, "put things right, don't make them worse."
Jay nodded back at Jake as the rest of the boys all agreed with what he had to say. With the words of the boys in the back of his head, Jay left the studio and towards the lifts, heading down to the ground floor, where the café was situated.
You tried your best to keep it together as you joined the queue for coffee, spotting a table at the back where she could sit. As soon as she got her dink, she headed down there, keeping herself tucked in and out of the way.
Her spot wasn't quite as hidden as she wanted it to be though as Jay spotted her as soon as he walked through into the café. He headed across to her straight away, sitting in the chair opposite her, feeling her eyes look up from her phone and straight across to her.
