**Five minutes earlier**

I watched Liam disappear into the bathroom, still in complete bliss from completing our bond. Completing the bond with your fated mate really is something. Not that I have anything else to compare it to, but there is no way anything else could even compare.

I could feel Marc move up against my back and press a kiss to the mark he left. Who knew something like that could feel so erotic? His lips against my neck set every fiber of my being on fire. I turned to face him and pressed a kiss to his lips. He wasted no time in pushing me on my back and moving on top of me. His eyes kept flickering from emerald to silver. I could hear Lily whine, wanting to see Max.

"Hi Max. You can come out. Lily wants this moment with you just like she did with Logan."

I closed my eyes and gave most of my control over to Lily. When we opened our eyes, we were met with Max's silver ones. He leaned towards us and started a kiss full of passion. It was so gentle and full of love, definitely not something I would expect from the feared Alpha King. He moved his hips against mine, and I could feel his tip push against my entrance. I opened my legs wider, giving him the invitation he was waiting for. In one swift motion, he filled me completely. He paused just long enough for me to relax around him, and then picked up the pace.

It didn't take long for me to climb towards my release. Where Liam was gentle, Marc was rough. He was every bit the Alpha King. He hit me in places that I never thought would send pleasure through my body. The closer I got, the harder my nails dug into his back. I didn't realize how hard I was pushing my nails in until I could smell the blood.

Before I knew what was happening, Marc pulled me up with him. He licked along my mark, and I could feel my teeth elongate with the pleasure. He sunk his teeth into my neck at the same time I marked him, and my body exploded with pleasure. Not just pleasure, but strength. I could feel a change in my body. I could feel my body grow hotter and just before everything went black, I heard Liam's voice in my head.

'What the hell?'

I don't know how long I was out. It didn't feel like it had been very long. I opened my eyes when I felt someone shaking my shoulders. Marc was looking down at me.

"Marc, what the hell happened? Is Liam okay?"

I didn't wait for him to answer either question. I jumped up and ran to the bathroom. Thankfully, Liam was stepping out of the shower and appeared to be fine. I ran to him and almost knocked him over by jumping on him.

"Are you okay? I heard you through the mind link. What happened?"

He chuckled and sat me on the countertop. I watched as he wrapped a towel around his waist.

"I have no idea. I was standing under the hot water when this jolt like feeling went through my body. Then everything went black for a few seconds. Then I went back to feeling normal. Did anything happen to you guys?"
