Chapter 20- Ivasion

Satte's POV

"Have anyone seen Iyanna?"

I searched almost the entire grounds looking for her and I believed it was too early for her to be gone.

My mom was about to eat her heads off in the kitchen because she refused to make any decisions without The Lady of The House present.

"Check to see if she is in her room," My mom said.

I've already been to her room and knocked a couple times but she did not answer.

Maybe she was avoiding us but this was not a good time for that. Maybe she and Micas had a fight and she wanted to be left alone.

Micas..

"Let me go check" I said and left the kitchen.

Checking to see if I was being followed, I made sure to walk around in circles first before I took the opposite stairs to the private section of the house.

I knocked on the door until it was finally opened by shirtless Micas.

"Good morning, have you seen Iyanna?"

He looked at his watch to check the time, "Why would I see Iyanna?"

Because you are going crazy over her and she doesn't want anything to do with you. No, I can't say that to him.

I can bet he was stalking her and he was the reason she was nowhere to be found right now.

"I don't know but I have asked everyone and they haven't so you were my only hope."

"No, I have not seen her. That's it?"

"Are you ok Micas?"

"Why wouldn't I be? My friends are coming in today so I have a lot to be thankful for."

He said it but I knew him too well and I could see it all in his eyes. He was hurting.

"Ok, well if you happen to see Iyanna, please tell her we need her help with something."

"Sure," he said, then closed the door.

I made my way back to the kitchen area but did not enter. I took a u-turn and went back to Iyanna's room, checked the door to see if it opened and indeed it was so I went inside.

"Iyanna?" I called, checking to see if she was in her bathroom.

Her phone was placed on the side table and I don't know what came over me but I picked it and opened her message.
