A/n: Hey Everyone, sorry late update. I was busy in school lately and I don't have time to make much stories lately. School's been giving me some paperwork lately :p.
Thanks for those who comment and voted on my story. Sorry if my story wasn't much detailed and there were wrong grammars. I'll fix it on the next chapters.
On with the story then folks ;) -
HIYORI POV
"Mmm... Muuhhmm.."
I rubbed my sleepy eyes as I first saw the ceiling when I opened my eyelids. My body felt a bit heavy as I want to go back to sleep but don't want to waste my time since it's already morning. I could see a glimpse of light coming from the window.
When I slowly got up, my legs were hurting me like I got cramps or something. I placed my hand on my head trying to remember what happened last night.
What happened to me last night? I remember I went to Kofuku's shrine -- When I look up and look around, I was back at the house.
How did I get back here? Who brought me here... I thought it for a second when a familiar scent ran into my skin for a second.
I blushed in embarrassment, "Don't tell me..." Thoughts of Yato began to swirl into my head. I can't stop blushing when my face turned hot all of a sudden.
"I need a bath. Maybe it might calm me down." I got up, turned on the shower and sunk myself into the tub as I sigh refreshingly on the water. "Aahhh this is nice." Closing my eyes for relaxation, I let the hot water flow into my pale skin as it absorbs the hotness, "This is heaven." I exhaled as I stared at the water, thinking,
Was it Yato who brought me here???
Lost in thought, I immediately head out soaking wet and wrapped myself in a towel, walking to the closet. I got a casual pink floral dress and a sun hat along with red sandals.
I head out of the house as I make my way to the convenient store. I bought soda to cool things off. Staring blankly at the window, I felt someone tapped my shoulder as I jumped a little when I turned around to see a certain someone.
"Kazuma-san!" I said, sighing in relief, "Geez, you scare me there for a second.". I placed a hand on my chest.
Kazuma giggled, "Sorry. Didn't mean to startle you."
"What brings ya here?" He walked beside me as he adjusted his glasses.
"I just went here with Bishamon. I need to buy her something though." He answered.
"Why? Did something happen to him?" I asked curiously with a innocent look on my face. Kazuma wasn't looking at me for a second as he stood there silent, "Kazuma??"
"I-It's nothing, Iki-san." He nervously smiled. I began to notice his behavior. What exactly happened last night.
Awkward at the silence, I spoke "Say you wanna head over to Kofuku's place later?"
"Maybe later, I got some things to take care." He said hesitantly. Believing in his words, I smiled as I went on ahead leaving Kazuma hanging.
I skipped merrily to Kofuku's shrine, stopping first at their food store. "Hellooo~~?" I call out. Waiting for response, I was squished by a tight embrace from behind, "Hiyorin. You came back." A cheerful voice chirped.
"Ko...Kofuku-san." I barely said it, trying to get off her tight grip bear hug.
She rubbed her cheek against mine, "Did you get enough sleep last night?" She asked with concern. "Last night.." Trying to remember, I faintly spoke, "Y-Yeah, why?" I densely asked her, confused of what she's trying to say. Unaware of what happened, I was about to ask but a boyish voice shouted from the room as I was cut-off, "Oy Daikoku, is the food ready yet?" A whining Yukine approaches, lazingly rubbing his tired eyes as he walked downstairs, his mood changed when he saw me, "Hiyori."
