"happy birthday jaeyunie!!!" heeseung exclaimed at jake who was asleep just three seconds ago.
due to the loud voice and warm seaweed soup in front of him, jake woke up, but just barely.
"hee, why are you being so loud? just lemme sleep..." jake mumbled and tried to sneak back inside his comfortable blankets.
heeseung was faster though and put the seaweed soup on the bedside table to pull the blankets off jake.
"nope! today's your last birthday here before who knows how long, so we're gonna spend it to the max!"
jake groaned and turned around to give his back to heeseung. he should've thought things through though.
"no, don't you dare!!! HEE AHAHAHAHAH IM GONNA KICK YOUR ASS STOPPPPP" jake started squirming as heeseung attacked his ribs and belly with tickling.
"i'd like to see you try, smart-ass," heeseung said as he backed away from the bed.
jake finally sat up and looked at heeseung properly. he was all changed and ready to go out. meanwhile jake had literally just opened his eyelids.
"gimme fifteen minutes to get ready then. i'll be right out," jake requested standing up.
"okay, i'll wait here," heeseung said nonchalantly sitting at jake's desk.
jake panicked for a second.
"nope, you're going out. now," jake demanded while he pushed the chair heeseung was sitting in out of his room.
"hey, hey! how will i know you didn't fall back asleep?!" heeseung tried to stop jake from pushing him out but the birthday boy was stronger.
"i won't. don't worry. wait there!"
jake slammed his door shut and went right into his shower to clean up and get ready.
it was too early for all this.
his heart was too jumpy for all this.
