Vienna's POV

"Ryan i-is..."

"Ryan..."

"Vienna...h-he is gone"

"He is gone"

"I'm sorry, Mrs. Knight but..."

"But Mr. Knight couldn't make it...we lost him"

"We successfully managed to get all three of the bullets out, while two of them just slightly graced by his heart but one of them pierced right into it..."

"Which is why we couldn't save him"

"I'm really sorry for your loss, Mrs. Knight"

Everything that happened back at the hospital, was playing like some kinda movie in my head, those events were flashing before my eyes that were wide open. I could still hear the voices...those words that had my entire world crushing down, were ringing in my ears non-stop as I stood under the shower with my hands folded over my chest.

"Vienna...h-he is gone"

"I'm sorry, Mrs. Knight but..."

"But Mr. Knight couldn't make it...we lost him"

"...We couldn't save him"

"I'm really sorry for your loss, Mrs. Knight"

"Vienna...h-he's gone"

I covered my ears, trying to block those voice that informed me that I have lost...

"No. Stop. Stop. Please stop" I mumbled to myself begging for those voice to stop but they didn't.

"Please" I added and just then I heard a knock on the bathroom's door.

"Vienna. Are you okay?" Came Samantha's concerned voice.

"Yeah. I'm fine" I replied in a low voice, hoping that she somehow heard me over the noise of the running shower, because honestly I feel like I have no energy left in me to repeat myself.

"Okay...um...Vienna?" She called out.

"Yeah" I managed to utter a reply.

"We are getting late. Could you..." She said only to be interrupted by me.

"Yeah I'll be out in a minute" I said before closing my eyes and letting the sharp spray of the shower hit directly on my eyes.

With a trembling hand, I touched my ear, I scrubbed it before scrubbing my face and everywhere else where I had Ryan's blood.

"I-I need to get this off" I mumbled to myself while scrubbing my skin even more harshly, but the only thing was that there was no blood now, it has already been washed away when I stepped under the shower.

I couldn't even remember how long I have been under the shower, I turned the shower off while shivering as the water had ran cold.

Putting my bathrobe on, I stepped out of the bathroom only to see a black knee length dress, neatly placed on the bed. I could recognize that it was mine, maybe Samantha had placed it over there.

Putting the black dress on, I stared at the girl staring right back at me in the mirror. I barely recognised her...

I stopped myself in the middle of my thoughts as I started getting a deja vu of the day when I was standing in front of this very mirror...wearing my white wedding gown. That was the day I got married...the day that I turned into a married woman and my eyes were glimmering with happiness.
