forty eight- girls

"girls!" i squealed, running to them.

they dropped all of their bags running to me, tackling me in hugs.
"i missed you guys so much!" i said, hugging Brooke.
"we missed you more!"

we all held hands as we got to the car.

we all got in and screamed random songs on the way back to our house.

i turned the music down to talk to them.

"so, the boys and i all have our own rooms with beds and such, so you guys can each just sleep in those rooms." i told them.
"sounds good!" brooke said, smiling.

we got to the house, and we all went inside.

as soon as we walked in, col and harp ran to hug them.

collie and harper have met all the girls before, and we facetime them a lot, so they love seeing them in person.

the boys all came out and greeted the girls, tommy and iris came out too.
"gonna be real, i wanna see these damn babies." imane said, laughing.

we went upstairs to finleys room first, they all awed when they saw him, jodi being the one to hold him.

we then went to evies room.
"oh my goshhh." rae said, picking her up from her crib.
"they're so littleee." brooke said.

we then went to ainslees room, i picked her up and she smiled at me.
"hi pretty girl." i said to her, handing her to imane.

we went downstairs and sat on the couch.
"hi rae!" collie smiled, running and sitting on raes lap.
"hi cuteness!" rae replied, hugging collie.
"i missed you guys!" collie said, looking up, smiling.
"we missed you more, hun." Rachell said, kissing the top of collies head.
"blame your mom, she wouldn't let us come over." Imane said, laughing.
"what the heck, mommy!" collie said, looking at me.
"listen. the babies were too young." i laughed at the way she looked at me.

i looked over and saw alex helping harp with her work.

after all that's happened, we all decided to homeschool harper for a second year.

everything has been too chaotic and she was actually the one that asked us if she could homeschool again.

we will do this for as long as she feels comfortable. yes, i want her to be in a public setting, but shes learning very well at home, so this is whats working best for her.

"we should go to the beach tomorrow." i said.

its still around 80 degrees in florida, so that'll work well.
"yes!" brooke said, smiling.

~~~~~ the next day ~~~~~
we hopped out of the car, harper and collie already running to the water, the boys chasing them there, holding the other 3 babies, and the girls and i grabbed the bags.

we began walking down to the beach and picked a spot, putting our bags down and the chaos already began.

a group of guys walked up to us.

we barely just put our bags down.

"hey ladies." a brunette said, looking at tina.
"hi?" tina said, backing up.
"don't back up, pretty girl." he said, looking her up and down.

imane went over, standing next to tina.
"we're busy. you can go now." rae said, flatly.

i looked over and the boys saw us, trying to get harper and col out of the water, so they could come over to us.
"your swim suit is so nice.." a blonde said, looking at me.
"i'm taken. don't speak to me or my friends." i told them.
"feisty.. i like that.." he grinned.

i was sick to my stomach.
"hey baby." nick came up to me, kissing me, holding evie.

i watched as the brunette was inching closer to tina.
"get away from her!" i raised my voice, grabbing tinas hand, pulling her to me.
"she never said she was taken." he licked his lip.

tina is such an innocent little soul, she was so uncomfortable.

"shes my girlfriend." jodi said, quickly on the spot.

the brunette took a step back.
"don't take a step closer to her." jodi said, pissed off.

the blonde looked at me.
"you guys are all hoes, hanging out with all these guys, in your slutty ass swim suits." he said, causing all of his friends to laugh, before there was a fist against face.
"nick!" i yelled

he started punching the guy over and over, karl pulling him off.
"nick, the kids are here, remember that.." he told him.

nick stood up, turning away and walking towards the water, to stop himself from turning around to those boys again.

the boys ended up leaving, and i turned around, hugging tina, kissing the side of her head.
"are you okay, love?" i asked her.
she nodded, still shaken up.
"im okay." she told me.

i looked and saw nick walking next to the beach, i walked over to him, grabbing his hand.
"its alright. they're gone, we're all fine." i told him.
"did the kids see..?" he asked, worried.
"harper and collie, no. and even if the triplets saw, they have no idea what's happening. its okay. we're gonna have a good rest of our beach day."

he nodded, and we walked back to the boys.
"daddy look!" collie said, running to nick with a shell in her hand.

he picked her up, looking at it.
"thats the coolest shell i've ever seen, col." he told her, smiling.

we all forgot about what had happened, and enjoyed the rest of our day together.

i'm so sorry for not posting for a
month😭 i got a boyfriend guysss... so i spend almost everyday, all day with him.
