-leyah's pov-
As I woke up all I saw were blurry things around me. I remembered that I had cried last night.
And also that I'm now in summer break. I really didn't say good-bye to anyone.
Maybe they didn't come up to me because they knew I would just hug them so tight while I would burst out to cry.
I got up and looked at myself in the mirror. 'Eww' I looked at myself seeing a mountain on my face and my makeup smeared along with my puffy eyes. 'I need a shower'
-15 minutes later-
"Leyah!" I heard Jacob scream on the other side of the door.
"I'm changing"
"Hurry! Mom's here"
"Really?!" I said surprised. She hadn't really been here and it hurts now knowing that when mom's here, she wants to tell me something.
Bad news.
"I'm coming" I said while putting on my pants and my tank top as I ran out the door.
Might as well get through the news.
"Hey mo- dad?" I said surprised as I walked to the couch. "What are you doing here?!"
"I came to pick you up" he chuckled.
"I was supposed to fly to you not you fly over here to come pick me up" I squinted my eyes then looked at Jacob. "Where's mom?"
"Right here" she said walking down the hallway. "Aren't you going to give your mom a hug?"
"No" I blurted out.
The smile that she had, had faded into a mad face. "Come here and give me a hug"
"Why should I give hug to the most baddest mamma ever?!"
She walked closer to me. "Come over here and give me a hug!!"
People are starting to repeat the same things to me.
I panicked and she just came and hugged me tight putting something on my back that felt like tons of paper.
"Mom?-" I whispered.
"Shhh" she said patting my back.
"Come sit down sweetheart. Now that we all are here let's talk"
"Where's Cameron?" I asked while sitting down.
"He's out"
"With who?"
"None of your business" Jacob blurred out.
"Sorry" I mumbled.
"By the way, why do you care?" My dad looked at me. "Are you guys friends or something?"
"No, I just want to know that's all"
"Mhm" Jacob said rolling his eyes.
"Well leyah" My mom smiled nervously. "Are you ready?"
"For what? For the worst year of my life?"
"3" my dad said.
"3? Years?"
"Yes" dad said sighing.
There was nothing else to say. I guess this was it. No one even cares about my feelings. Just give up Leyah.
And so I did, I stormed off and ran upstairs to get my suitcase and just throw it in their faces.
What kind of parents and family is this?
