-Cameron's pov-

I got home and heard Alyssa's voice. "So, did you hit it?"

"What did you tell her?"

"What she needed to know. I'm not letting you hurt that girl"

"Why all of a sudden you care about her. And I would never hurt her"

"There's something special about that girl that makes me not want to be rude to her"

"Okay, you're a crazy bitch"

"Me and her have a hate relationship but she needs to know everything, I'm not that fucked up to let her get hurt by you"

"If you mean what I did in the past to the girls I hooked up with and left them, I changed Alyssa. She's different and I'm falling hard for her. She is the girl I actually love"

"Cut with the act. You're ridiculous"

"And you're annoying" I said walking upstairs.

"Where are you going?" She said from down there.

"To sleep?" I asked with a question.

"Oh" she looked down at her feet.

"Where are you sleeping?" I asked.

"That's the thing I have no place to go"

"Where have you been this whole time?"

"When you first saw me, I moved out of my parent's house and lived here with a friend. But she moved to go back to college and now I'm here, looking for a job"

I walked downstairs. I walked past her to the closet getting a blanket. "You sleep in my room and I'll sleep here" I said putting my blanket on the couch.

"No it's fine Cameron. I'll sleep in my car"

"No wonder why I call you ridiculous" I laughed and so did she.

"Thank you" she smiled walking up the stairs.

"You better look for a job" I called out while she was walking upstairs.

"I will" she smiled.

"I'll talk to my mom about you staying here for a while just to get back up your feet" I said. I can't believe those words came out of my mouth.

Why was I being so nice to her?

"Thank you again Cameron" she said before closing the door.

I got into my blanket and slept uncomfortable but it was worth helping someone.

I made my breakfast eating it on the table just over thinking things.

Jobs

Cameron about last night.

I needed someone to talk to so badly.

I felt very lonely, but when Cameron was here I felt as if someone was going to be with me the rest of my life.

I heard a knock at my door.

I got up and opened it.

"Jacob!" I smiled hugging him. I really needed someone like him here. "I haven't seen you in a long time!!"

"Hey" he smiled walking inside. "I haven't seen you in a long time to"

"Well I'm eating so let's sit down at the table. You want anything?" I offord.

"No thanks"

"So why didn't you go to the family dinner? Angie said you went with dad for an errand for her"
