I drove to Angie's house making a quick errand for her.

I got out of the car and got my car to open the door of the house.

"Angie?" I said getting the key out of the door.

"She's not here" I looked up to see Cameron.

"Oh hey" I smiled awkwardly. "Where is she?"

"She had to do something for layla"

"Oh" I muttered.

"I like your braids" he laughed awkwardly.

"Thanks, they're dutch braids" I laughed touching my braids. "So who was that girl I saw earlier?"

"Who?"

"It was this girl with really messy hair" I made my eyes big. "She gave me a dirty look and I don't know her. Is she your friend?"

"Oh, she's my ex"

"Oh" I said in shock. "Did you guys make up?"

"No, she's still the crazy pycho person I know"

"Oh cool"

"Listen Leyah, when ever you see her please, just keep your distance away from her. She'll try and tell you stuff and try and get it through your head. Trust me."

"Okay?" I looked at him concerned. "Listen can you tell Angie that I'll cone later because I have to do some errands by myself as well"

"Who? With your friends?"

I turned to look at him. "I don't really have any friends" I said truthfully.

"Oh, well what are your errands?"

"Look for a job. You gotta pay the bills"

"Oh" he laughed. "I need to find a job"

"So where's everyone? I haven't seen Jacob in days"

"Jacob met some friends and he's been hanging out with them lately"

"What about you? Why didn't you go?"

"Because they're older guys"

I nodded and just stayed standing, thinking of asking him about last night.

"Hey, Cameron I know we shouldn't about this right now but whatever happened last night, I'm sorry-"

"No, don't be sorry. I actually wanted to ask you if we could start all over?"

"Yea, I would love that" I smiled.

"But I meant what I said. I'm never giving up"

"Cameron, please-"

"No, I meant what I said. I really like you"

"Me to but only as a friend" I looked down. I just had to friend zone him.

I looked up at him and we made eye contact. It was the most awkwardest moment.

"I gotta go" I laughed.

"Yea um I'll walk you out" he walked to the door. "So I'll see you later?"

"Yeah" I smiled. "Bye, Love you"

"Love you to"

Wow that was really awkward.

I got into my car and drove off to go fill in some applications if I ever can get one.

I kept over thinking what Alyssa had said earlier.

"We all know she won't give you what you want"

And she won't. She doesn't have feelings for me and I should except that.
