After finding Peter and Derek to be no help, Lydia and Aaliyah went to meet their friends at the animal clinic. When they got there Stiles, Allison, Issac, and Deaton were in the middle of a conversation about where the nemeton was. "It has to be on a telluric current, or maybe even at the axis of two or where they all intersect. I just know it's where Derek took Paige to die." Stiles spoke as he leaned onto the metal desk in the center of the room.
"We had no luck with Derek." Aaliyah informed. "But I called my dad."
"My dad and Gerard were there once, but Gerard said it was years ago, and he couldn't remember where it was. And my dad obviously isn't here to tell us now." Allison shared.
"Yeah, mine either."
"We'll find them." Aaliyah assured her friends with confidence. She was determined to find her friends parents no matter what. "I know a way. But it's really dangerous, and we need Scott"

It turns out Deaton knew exactly what Aaliyah was talking about as she tried to explain the process. They explained the basics of the plan before him and Stiles left to get Scott. Stiles, Allison, and Scott were going to die (via drowning) temporarily as surrogate sacrifices for their parents. Aaliyah, Issac, and Lydia waited at the animal clinic pulling out three metal tubs and filling them with ice water as they waited for them to get back with their tokens. For the ritual to work they all needed an object meaningful to them and their parents.
About half an hour later Allison got back. "Are you sure about this?" Aaliyah asked Allison, terrified that Deaton won't be able to bring her back.
