The crowd cheered after the lacrosse team won the game. Instead of joining in on the fun, Aaliyah panically looked around the field for Stiles. "Stiles!" She heard Scott shout as he did the same as her. She ran over to him.
"He's still not here?" She asked.
"No, I don't know where he is." Scott said as he made his way into the school with the rest of team, still calling for his friend. Aaliyah followed him. Inside the school she ran into Allison. A boy pushed his way between then chanting.
"You guys won!" Allison smiled.
"Technically I wasn't playing the game."
"I think you cheered really well, though. I was watching you the entire time." Allison complemented.
"You were watching me?" Aaliyah blushed.
"Yeah. I like watching you." Allison said grabbing Aaliyah's hand rubbing her thumb in the circles over the back of it. The two girls eyes met for a moment and Aaliyah swore her heart actually stoped. They were separated buy the same boy as before pushing himself in between them chanting. He chanted 'state' over and over in Aaliyah's face.
"Oh my god, dude." Aaliyah rolled her eyes pushing him away. She turned to see Allison being lead out of the school by her father.
"Oh, isn't that just heart breaking." Jackson faked a pout as he walked over to the girl. "Gosh, I bet it causes a lot of sleepless nights. You know what, though, Dunbar? I actually sympathize, which is why I'm gonna make this mutually beneficial. You give me what I want, and I'll help you get her back."
