Scott, Stiles, and Aaliyah showed Sheriff Stilinski their theory about Matt being the killer. They had drawn out their thought process in the year book circling the victims and their connections. "So this kid's the killer?" Stilinski doubted.

"Yes." Scott said.

"No." The Sheriff shook his head.

"Yes." Stiles argued.

"No." His dad crossed his arms.

"Dad, come on." Stiles stood up out of his desk chair. "Everybody knows that the police look for ways to connect victims in a murder, okay? So all you have to do is, like, look through their transcripts and figure out which class they all had in common."

"Yeah, except for the fact that the rave promoter, Kara, wasn't in Harris's class."

"All right, okay, you're right, sorry. Then I guess they dropped the charges against him?" Stiles asked.

"No, you know what? They're not dropping the charges. But that doesn't prove anything." Stilinski explained. Stiles clenched his fists frustratingly. "Scott, do you believe this?"

"It's really hard to explain how we know this, but you gotta trust us." Scott tried to convince him.

"We know it's Matt. I mean we already know he's insane because of what he did to Allison, if you're already stalking someone murder isn't that big of an extra step, I don't think." Aaliyah explained.
