"I have to go back with Deucalion." Scott announced once he was somewhat dry.

"Why?" Aaliyah scoffed, not liking the idea of Scott joining the bad guy. She leaned back on the metal table that was pushed up against the wall positioning herself between Allison and Stiles.

"I made a deal with Deucalion."

"Does anyone else think that sounds a lot like a deal with the devil?" Stiles opposed to Scott's plan.

"Exactly." Aaliyah blustered.

"Why does it matter anyways?" Issac asked his boyfriend.

"Because I still don't think that we can beat Jennifer without their help." Scott answered.

"He trusts you more than anyone, tell him he's wrong." Allison insisted looking at Scott's boss.

"I'm not so sure he is." Aaliyah looked at him in confusion expecting him to have agreed with her, her family was wrong about a lot, but not this pack. They really were monsters. "Circumstances like this sometimes require that you align yourself with people you'd normally consider enemies."

"So we're trusting him, the guy that called himself death, destroyer of worlds? We're gonna trust that guy?" Issac opposed.

"I wouldn't trust him, no, but you could use him to your advantage. Deucalion may be the enemy, but he could also be the bait." Deaton reasoned. Heads turned at the sound of the front door creaking open. The vet walked to the front of his clinic.
