Aaliyah laid on her stomach with her feet kicking in the air on her bed as she did her math homework only slightly paying attention to it as the TV played in the background. Tapping on the window caught her attention but she wrote it off as a tree branch. Until it happened again and again.

She got up and looked out the window to be greeted by her beautiful girlfriend throwing rocks at her window like in the movies. Allison waved and smiled as Aaliyah opened the window. "What the hell are you doing?" She yelled down.

"Wanna hang out?" Allison yelled up. Aaliyah laughed climbing onto her roof and jumping down onto the ground in front of Allison. She fell forward into the brunette wrapping her arms around her to not hit the ground. The girls laughed as Aaliyah caught her balance.

"Farther than it looks." Aaliyah joked looking up at the roof. "So, what do you wanna do?"

"I don't know. I didn't really have a plan just wanted to see you." Allison breathed as Aaliyah's arms wrapped around her neck. Aaliyah leaned in kissing Allison. After a moment she pulled away placing their foreheads together.

"We could watch a movie?" Aaliyah suggested. "The video store is like three blocks away."

"Okay." Allison agreed.

The two pulled into the video store parking lot not far from Lydia's car. "I think Lydia and Jackson had the same idea." Allison said looking over at Lydia who was alone in her car taking pictures of herself. "What movie do you want to watch?"

"Have you ever watched Corpse Bride?" Aaliyah asked.

"No." Allison shook her head. "Is it good?"

"It's my favorite movie. It's a Tim Burton movie with Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. It's a halloween movie and this guy accidentally proposes to this dead girl when he's already engaged to another girl." Aaliyah explained.
