"You're doing it wrong." Nic told his daughter as she punched the bag in front of her.
"It doesn't feel wrong." Aaliyah groaned throwing another punch at the sandbag hanging from the ceiling in front of her.
Nic stepped closer to his daughter grabbing her arms and moving her away from the bag before she hit it again. "Watch." He told her. He made sure to point out his stance to her, where his feet were planted to the ground and where he held his hands to block his face as if the bag would punch back. He then demonstrated the correct way to punch. "You're not planting your feet or focusing on the target." He stepped away from the bag letting Aaliyah back to try. "Now you try." He stood by her to watch.
Aaliyah copied his stance and tried again punching the bag. Accidentally using her werecoyte strength she punched the bag so hard with such ease that it flew up and hit the ceiling slighting shaking the house above them. The bag quickly fell back flying into a stunned Aaliyah and knocking her back. Aaliyah caught her balance and looked up at her dad who was shocked. "That's why you plant your feet." Was all he said as he stopped the bag from swinging. Aaliyah giggled and he laughed with her.
