Hancock's composed face flickered for a moment as she processed the scene before her, her eyes narrowing slightly as they darted between Hina and me. There, on the floor, a woman sitting on top of me. Hina, stood up with an air of nonchalant confidence."Y/n... I've been trying to reach you..."
Caught in the awkward silence, I stammered, "Hancock, I'm sorry, my phone must have been on dnd."
"... What happened?" Hancock's voice, though steady, carried an undertone of concern as she approached, her eyes never leaving Hina.
"it was just a little accident during our sparring match. Nothing serious," I reassured her
my heart was beating fast. Like as if I've been caught lacking.
Hina, ever the composed figure, raised an eyebrow, her sly smile never wavering. "Well, well, Y/n. Seems like your mysterious girlfriend has found us.""Found.. what out?" Hancock repeated, crossing her arms.
"I don't even know what she's saying!!" I spoke.
Hancock eventually helped me up, I noticed them both staring at each other with electricity. "Uh.. Hina Sensei, this is my girlfriend, Hancock," I introduced, trying to fix the atmosphere.
Hancock's gaze suddenly fixed on me, searching for answers in the depths of my eyes. "Y/n, care to explain?"
Flustered, I struggled to find the right words. "It's not what it looks like. We were sparring and.. I hit my head on the wall."
Hina interjected with a playful tone, "And well, of course as Y/n being my student, I got worried and got down to help her and you just caught us in the wrong ... position."
"Oh, really" Hancock's eyes looked scary just now.
"Yeah.. Hancock... I think I have a concussion," I say, my eyes pleading for understanding.
Hancock's gaze loosened up at the mention of a possible concussion, concern taking priority over the elephant in the room. She gently guided me to a nearby bench. The weight of the unspoken hung in the air between the three of us.
As I sat on the bench, Hina's self seemed to shift, her eyes holding a look of amusement as she observed the unfolding drama. "Well, I suppose I should leave you two to sort this out. Take care, Y/n," she remarked, her smirk betraying a sense of mischief.
Hancock's eyes followed Hina as she sauntered away, leaving us in the aftermath of the awkward encounter. "Y/n, what's really going on here?" she asked, her voice a careful balance of curiosity and concern.
Taking a deep breath, I began to explain, recounting the details of the sparring match, the collision against the wall, and our ... weird position.
"I understand accidents happen, but seeing you like that with someone else..." Hancock trailed off, her gaze fixed on the distant figure of Hina retreating.
i couldn't help but blush that THE Boa Hancock is jealous.. "Is someone jealous?" I smirked
she slapped my shoulder, "I'm serious Y/n!"
i sighed. "It's nothing more than a sparring match gone wrong. I'm devoted to you, and nothing with Hina or anyone else would change that," I say, reaching for her hand in reassurance.
Hancock's eyes softened, a subtle nod acknowledging my words. "Of course. Anyone you would date after me, is an automatic downgrade."
"That is very true," I chuckled, leaning in to kiss her but she turned away.
another sigh escaped my lips. "Let me make it up to you."
Hancock's lips curled into a small smile, the anxiety easing slightly. "How about we forget about this for now? You do need to get checked for that possible concussion, and I wouldn't want you to worry about anything else."
