Kate walked into the boy's room with Jordan as Jon was mumbling to himself about some Instagram post, Kate was supposed to hang out with Marcus later so she could help him pick out his tux for his birthday.

"Look at this, Ryan just posted another freshman thirst trap," Jon scolded showing the pictures

"Bro, I know you think he's juicing but he looks normal," Jordan deadpanned to his twin

"That's my point! I mean, it makes absolutely no sense," Jon remarked with a look

"Hey, look, you need to stop obsessing over Timmy, It's not healthy," Jordan scolded the boy

"Really? Coming from the guy that was up all night, looking at pictures of his girl again?" Kate questioned while crossing her arms

"I don't know what I'm gonna say to her, man," Jordan commented with a sigh

"What do you want to stay together or break up?" Kate questioned her brother

"I want her to not have kissed someone else," Jordan remarked to his sister

"Care for another opinion? Or not, didn't want to break up the Kent sesh," Natalie suggested in a shy manner

"No, you're fine, did she say anything to you?" Jordan asked looking at her

"Just that she hated keeping that secret from you which, I mean, maybe you can sympathize with? You know, the whole half-alien, son-of-Superman thing?" Natalie questioned the boy

"I mean, that's a completely different kind of secret," Jordan remarked with a chuckle

"Yeah, it's several magnitudes bigger," Natalie agreed with a nod

"She's not wrong," Kate agreed to the boys

"Look, I mean, what Sarah did wasn't great, sure but at least she told you, all right? And if you want to be honest with her about your powers one day, would you want her to be cool about it or would you want her to react how you are right now?" Jon questioned his twin

"Well, I'm supposed to meet Marcus so I'll leave you three to figure it out," Kate remarked before walking out

After school, Kate and Marcus were standing in the tux shop, Marcus had walked back into the space wearing the first one and Kate walked up to him. She had a smile on her face before smoothing out his tie for him some more.

"Have I ever told you how much I love you wearing a tux?" Kate remarked holding his tie

"Well, have I ever told you how much I love seeing you in a dress?" Marcus joked back with his girlfriend

"What do you think about this one?" Kate asked looking at him

"Why do I even need to wear a tux?" Marcus asked in return

"Because your sister is wearing a dress and I think you look nice," Kate scolded him

"There's the scolding," Marcus joked causing her to roll her eyes

"You love me and you know it," Kate spoke pushing him lightly

"I do love you," Marcus stated making her pause

"What?" Kate asked softly

"I love you," Marcus spoke before she kissed him

"I love you too," Kate whispered once she pulled away

Marcus had picked out the fourth tux he had tried on before Kate went back home for the night, Kate had seen Jon and Jordan playing Madden with Natalie which made her offer to play but they dismissed her making her nod with hurt lacing her eyes before going to her room where she just decided to read.

"I owe you three an apology," Clark spoke as he came into the room

"It wasn't really your fault, you know?" Kate spoke in a soft manner

"He still meant what he said," Jordan deadpanned to the girl

"That's true, I did and my fault or not doesn't change what happened so I want to find a way to make it up to you," Clark stated to his kids

"Easy for me, just teach me how to drive the truck, yeah?" Jon suggested to their father

"Bro, that's all it takes driving the stupid truck?" Jordan questioned the boy beside him

"If you want to keep riding your bike everywhere," Jon remarked to his twin

"Well, I want a new iPad so I can get back into drawing," Kate stated to her father

"We will start next Saturday, okay? Let me talk to your brother alone," Clark told the two

Jon and Kate had walked out of the kitchen so Clark could convince Jordan some more, Lois had knocked on her daughter's door making Kate look up from her book. Lois had sat down next to Kate on her bed with a soft smile.

"I feel like we don't talk anymore," Lois admitted in a soft tone

"You're busy with work and things so I get it," Kate commented to her mother

"Tell me about how your day was," Lois spoke making Kate chuckle

"Well, Marcus and I said I love you today then he picked out his tux for his party," Kate admitted making Lois smile

"You told him that you love him?" Lois asked making Kate nodded

"Yeah and when he told me, I almost died," Kate admitted growing a blush

"Love is a big step, are you ready for that?" Lois asked making Kate sigh

"Yeah, I think so," Kate responded with a smile

Kate and Lois had talked some more before deciding to call it a night, Kate was happy that they said I love you since she had been waiting to say it till she knew for sure. Shortly after reading, Kate had fallen asleep.
