The night sky stretched over Narnia, filled with stars that sparkled like tiny lights.

Lucy lay on the ground with just a thin blanket under her, Gael resting quietly beside her. Everything was calm and still.

Caspian sat on a large rock, his eyes on the stars above, lost in thought. Edmund was lying next to him, both of them silent as they watched the sky.

"I've never seen these constellations before," Caspian declared, his eyes captivated by the myriad stars above.

"I have," Ed replied softly. "It was something Cora and I used to do... gazing at the stars."

Finally, Caspian turned his attention to the boy beside him before casting a glance towards Cora, who stood at a distance, engrossed in conversation with Reepicheep and the dragon. After a moment's pause, Cora rose and strolled away, making her way toward the shore's edge.

"You should apologize to her," Caspian suggested, nodding in the direction of the girl. Edmund followed Caspian's gaze and spotted Cora seated at the water's edge, peacefully immersed in the rhythmic embrace of the waves and the twinkling celestial display above.

Edmund released a sigh, straightening up. "Don't worry, I planned on doing that," he muttered with a huff, rising to his feet and heading toward Cora.

"Good luck," Caspian offered in encouragement as Edmund made his way toward her.

Cora sat by the shore, looking up at the calm night sky. The gentle sound of the waves filled her ears, bringing a bit of peace. For a moment, she let herself forget Ed's words and the malevolent mist.

But the quiet didn't last. Edmund's voice broke through, pulling her back to the moment.

"You need something?" Cora asked, her tone a little sharp. Edmund didn't react, he just sat down beside her.

A quiet settled between them as they sat side by side, watching the waves come and go, the cool breeze brushing against their faces. The calm of the moment wrapped around them, and they stayed in that shared silence.

"I'm sorry, my love," Edmund started, his eyes fixed on the waves and his girl beside him.

"I truly am, I didn't mean to say those words to you..." he expressed, his voice filled with remorse.

Cora remained silent for a moment, her eyes fixed on the endless expanse of the sea. Eventually, she turned her head slightly toward Edmund, acknowledging his apology with a faint nod.
