In a split-second reaction, I swiftly lifted my hands upward, conjuring a crystalline ice barrier that materialized between Edmund and the advancing sea serpent. The barrier stood tall, serving as a protective shield against the imminent assault, safeguarding Edmund and the scattered crew from the creature's onslaught.
As the sea serpent redirected its attention towards me, I narrowed my gaze, meeting its fierce gaze head-on. In a split-second decision, I tilted my head slightly to the left, maintaining eye contact with the creature. Without warning, it lunged toward me, jaws gaping wide, but I swiftly leaped aside, narrowly evading the aggressive strike.
As the sea serpent prepared for another attack, its attention diverted by the light emanating from Edmund's torch at the prow of the ship, my heart raced. The creature fixated on the distraction, lunged towards the front of the vessel, biting down and shattering it.
"Edmund!" I cried out in urgency, my worry reaching its peak. However, a sigh of relief escaped me as he emerged unharmed from the compromised section of the ship.
Rushing to Lucy, who had armed herself with Susan's bows and arrows, we prepared for the next crucial moment. As the creature attempted to strike Edmund once more, I shouted, "Lucy, now!" She swiftly released the strings of the bow, sending the arrow flying with impeccable precision through the eye of the sea serpent, vanquishing the threat.
As the sea serpent let out a final shriek, the ship's force pressed its body against the imposing rock behind it, causing Edmund to lose his balance and teeter on the edge.
Swiftly reacting, I swirled my hand, conjuring a sliding sheet of ice beneath him. Edmund landed safely on the wooden deck, escaping the precarious situation as the ship's collision with the rock marked the end of the tumultuous encounter with the sea serpent.
I immediately rushed to the brunette Pevensie, helping him to his feet.
The shriek of the sea serpent made us spin toward it. Its massive form now faced me, its skin splitting down the middle to reveal a nasty horrifying mass of writhing hands.
Determined, I stood my ground, hands braced at my sides. Frost spiraled around the creature, attempting to bind it, yet it resisted the freezing onslaught. Without warning, it lunged towards me, prompting someone to swiftly tackle me to the side.
Losing consciousness, I felt a jolt as my head connected with the hard wooden surface, and darkness enveloped my senses.

Gasping for breath, I jolted upright, my senses returning as I surveyed my surroundings. The ship remained, eerily silent, and I found myself alone amidst the tranquil sea, yet shadows lingered unsettlingly.
