The ship sailed between hills that flanked the sea, guiding us toward the unexplored land we had discovered.

"It appears uninhabited," observed Caspian, peering through the telescope to survey the land ahead. Edmund, Drinian, and I flanked him, our attention fixed on the new terrain.

"If the lords followed the mist eastward, they might have made a stop here," Caspian speculated, voicing his thoughts about our quest.

"Could be a trap," cautioned Drinian, expressing a note of caution, followed by Edmund's contemplative tone.

"Or it might hold some answers," Ed countered, considering the possibilities.

"Or it might be the same land as before," I sighed, my gaze fixed on the distant shore, hinting at the possibility of déjà vu lingering from our previous encounters in this unfamiliar territory.

"Caspian?" Ed inquired, seeking clarification.

"We'll anchor for the night and explore the island come morning," Caspian declared, firm in his decision.

"Is that even entirely safe?" I frowned, expressing concern, but Caspian had already made his way downstairs, with Drinian following his lead, adhering to his command.

As nightfall blanketed the sky, we reached the shore of the island, the dim light of dusk guiding us to our destination.

Eager for a much-needed rest after the day's long journey, the crew and I swiftly collected our belongings, preparing for the night's repose.

As we readied ourselves to disembark, some chose to remain aboard the ship while the rest of us made our way to the shore, anticipating a well-deserved and peaceful night's sleep. The fatigue from our day's endeavors was palpable, igniting a collective longing for a rejuvenating rest.

In the quietude of the night, with everyone around us already lost in slumber, I nestled my head against Edmund's chest. He tenderly kissed the crown of my head, a gentle gesture filled with warmth and affection, before sleep enveloped us in its comforting embrace.

I awoke abruptly, sensing an unseen force pulling me away from Edmund's protective embrace. Before I could muster a response, I found myself hoisted into the air, an invisible hand muffling any attempt to cry out for help. I strained to see my captor, but they remained shrouded in mystery.

Panic surged within me as I was forcefully carried through the air, propelled toward an unknown destination against my will. The sinister intentions of this unseen assailant became distressingly clear, compelling me to move according to their malevolent design.
