Rose Weasley

Halloween was soon upon the students and teachers at Hogwarts. Classrooms had little pumpkins on all of the desks, while the Great Hall was dressed to the nines in Halloween decor. Students made many trips to Hogsmeade trying to find the perfect Halloween costume for one of the many parties happening at Hogwarts.

Gryffindor and Slytherin would of course be throwing big bashes, trying to outdo each other's party. What most students don't realize is, Ravenclaw can be known to throw a pretty rocking party. Complete with Butterbeer, Fire Whiskey, and lots of Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes toys, the works.

Louis was the mastermind behind the Ravenclaw blowouts. Albus would let him borrow the Marauder's Map, which Harry had given him, and Louis would use the secret passages to get all sorts of goodies for the party. It also helped that his uncle was George Weasley, and would send him anything he wanted.

Rose and Jo had gone the previous weekend to Hogsmeade and had found cute costumes to wear to the party. The girls were just getting out of their last class, when they ran into Flora Brown and Leanne Thomas.

"Oh, sorry, didn't see you there Rose," said Flora

"It's fine," said Rose, gritting her teeth. Flora and Leanne could really get on her nerves.

"Oh, Jo," pipped in Leanne, "Is it true you and Louis are a thing?"

Jo blushed, "Yeah..."

Flora and Leanne giggled. "Oh you lucky thing!" said Flora, "I'd given anything to be able to snog Louis anytime I wanted,"

Jo's cheeks turned redder then before. Rose could tell that Flora's comment had made her uncomfortable.

"Will you excuse us?" said Rose, as politely as she could, as she pushed past the giggling girls.

"Bye girls! See you tonight at the party!" called out Leanne, as Rose and Jo walked away from them.

When the girls had rounded the corner and were out of ear shot, Rose let out a huge sigh. "Ugh! They get on my nerves so much! And how dare they say that about Louis in front of you!"

"It's okay Rose. They're just trying to get a reaction out of you." Jo calmed.

"I know. But I still wish I could hex them,"

The music was blaring. Lights flashed all across the room. People danced close together and the room was hot and stuffy. Rose had hid herself beside the refreshment table for the most of the night, just watching the activity unfold before her. She smiled as she saw Jo and Louis dancing together, completely unaware of the outside world. She couldn't help her eyes from wandering over to the blonde Ravenclaw, who almost always had some giggling girl in his arms.

Scorpius was quite the flirt. Already, he had danced with at least three brunettes, four blondes and a red head or two. Rose couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy. And of course, it didn't help that she was all by herself. Everyone had some one to dance with, and if they were lucky they had gone somewhere special to snog.

For the first time, she wished Christian was there. Then at least she wouldn't be alone. But of course since he was in Hufflepuff, he wasn't there.

Rose was just deciding to go upstairs and call it a night, when she saw two of her least favorite people making their way towards Scorpius. Flora and Leanne flounced toward him with smug looks on their faces. Flora began speaking with him, but Rose was to faraway to hear anything they said. Rose tried to get closer to the three, but the dance floor was to crowded.

Rose watched from a distance, as Flora made her move on Scorpius. They continued to talk, but Flora danced closer with each sentence she spoke, until they were almost in each others arms. Rose jealousy grew with each step Flora took towards Scorpius. Rose felt her cheeks turning a deep shade of red, almost the same shade as her hair. She knew she shouldn't even be jealous, she was with Christian, but she couldn't help it.

Scorpius was to drunk to realize what was happening. He was just having a good time, dancing and having pretty ladies to dance with. So when Flora placed her lips on his and kissed him, he thought nothing of it. Rose, however; was outraged. She wanted to go over there and tare all of Flora's hair out. She wanted to hex her into oblivion. She wanted to turn her into a toad. She wanted to do anything she could to keep her away from Scorpius.

Instead, she stood there watching the whole scene. Tears started to fill in her eyes. "Why do you care so much?" She thought to herself, "You have Christian," But deep down inside she knew that didn't matter to her. She wanted Scorpius.

She needed to get away. She quickly left the room, trying not to run into any couples making out in dark corners of the common room, as she ran up to her dorm. After reaching the room she shared, she shut the door. Tight. She wanted to do something to Flora. Something that would make her angry. She knew she shouldn't, but all her anger and nerves got the better of her.

Hello,

I know I should probably be hiding in shame at the moment. I am truly sorry it has taken me forever to update, I feel awful. Life just honestly gets to be to much and have no time to write. I'm hopefully going to be able to update more, if I plan my time right.

Anyway, I'm sorry for this really dumb chapter it's kinda a filler and I needed Rose to have an enemy, because let's be real no story is complete without a villain.

Feel free to leave a comment, they always make my day:)

Good night:*
